The refs wanted you to win so much yesterday

To be fair, there was analysis done a couple of weeks ago, and Liverpool came out as equal decisions going for and against us. City had 2 more bad decisions against than for them, although last night brings them back to minus one (it was a penalty, regardless of the way he threw himself over), and that watford game also switched us to a minus 1.

What is with the armpit nonsense?

I've noticed that Liverpool, Spurs, and now Norwich have had goals be disallowed this season due to their armpit being offside, surely that cannot be a rule? Because if so then the rule needs to be changed for next season.

Out of interest did they do analysis on the Championship teams?

Because I swear we're about minus six in terms of decisions going for and against us.:joker:

Two games into the Mikel Arteta reign and its one draw and one defeat, yet we should have won both games

You can already see what he's doing on the training pitch as in those two games we've played better than any time under Emery. Yet he's still waiting for his first win due ot individual errors from the players. This I feel is going to be a bit of an ongoing story for Arteta cuz these players have are babies with no bottle and wet the bed consistently on the pitch.

The moment I saw Calum Chambers go down and Mustafi warming up to replace him I knew it was squeaky bum time. This is Chambers we're talking about not VVD or Sergio Ramos. Such is the state of our defensive cover. Mustaif did what he always does - horrible on the ball, constantly stopping waiting for a ref whistle and of course he had to sh*t the bed at some point in the game. Absolutely horrendous defending for their 2nd goal, Abrham ran with the ball for about 30 yards with no challenge from either of our center backs. Thats gonna lose you goals and games.

Arteta's got alot of work to do and I hope he gets some backing in the January transfer window or else he's gonna have to get used to dominating games yet losing to individual errors.

EDIT: Of course Jorginho should have been sent off. He was already on a yellow when he pulled back Ghendouzi but instead Lacazette gets booked for arguing about it. Welcome to management Mikel Arteta.
