i added every bit of positive message i could find (and made some up but with clever thinking of course)

i left out religion cuz there lies the main negative bits what people dislike of her so, also a good choice leaving that out of this task, and i hope it is 300 words :worry:

Nicky91 05-11-2020 08:59 AM

also i don't care if mine gets downmarked for not having chosen from the list (but i just cannot say anything positive about a Perez Hilton, Donald Trump, Piers Morgan)

Kate! 05-11-2020 09:13 AM

Nicky. Firstly well done on completing the task. I'll say more later.
However I'm sorry you didn’t like it. I would have thought actually that it would have been perfect for you as you are an article writer. That's why I am not impressed to see you implying that I chose the task to rig it to get you out. That's ridiculous.

Also one more point. No you will not be down marked for choosing someone not on the list. It says in the task description that you can do this.

Sigh.

Cherie 05-11-2020 09:28 AM

It looked daunting Nicky but you pulled through :clap1:

No, i must apologize for saying such immature stuff to you Kate, i should've read it better first time around and went for JK immediately rather than first going with Perez, then making my mind up and going with Trump, and making my mind up again

no matter what the result here at this task, i've loved taking part in this (but i do have some things to improve upon, to not be a drama queen in anymore and just have more confidence in myself, read the task more through)

Kate! 05-11-2020 11:28 AM

Ok Nicky. Xx

Considering English isn't your first language Nicky....you do amazing. I doubt many on here could take part in a Dutch forum game and do half as well as you. Don't put yourself down but also just think a little before you post as there is a lot of work that goes into the games too.

This post sounds far more patronising than I mean it to

Kate! 05-11-2020 11:59 AM

I've typed up the task for the final and sent it to Lord n Lady Shugrr.

Barry is quite poorly he has informed me. Am waiting to hear back from him as to whether he wants to carry on or not. I've offered extra time for Task 4 if he is feeling better today:love:

Gemma Collins is hilarious. She went on I’m a Celebrity and was hated by the nation and quit so she could get some dairy milk  I don’t blame her because some of the people in that series weren’t very nice compared to angelic Gemma. Everyone in the country despised her and she didn’t care  Then she went on Big Brother and was a quote machine and even though I didn’t appreciate it at the time idk where I’d be now without it.

FACK OFF GILLIAN MCKEITH

As well as:
Hating straighteners
Performing Hey Big Spender to Nancy Dell’Olio
Giving Tiffany some Old Maiden Type Of Shoes as a birthday present
Asking for the present back the next week
Thinking she’s pregnant (she wasn’t)
Swearing she saw a ghost in the night
Taking from the BB experience that she never wants to go camping

And so many more. She’s also gotten her own TV shows in which she’s been telling Piers Morgan she voted for Brexit even though she didn’t and going sailing, where she crashes into boats and responds by assuring them her film crew will pay for any damage. There’s plenty people out there that wouldn’t be so considerate!

Idk if she does any charity work but she’s made me laugh out loud which is charity work in itself in my humble opinion! An angel.

my feedback

Jake. I enjoyed reading your PR article. It flowed very well. You clearly did a lot of research and it showed. Well done.

Nicky. As with Jake you did a lot of research. Loved the detail. A nice job.

Matthew. Your article was very warm and funny. I clearly got your affection for Gemma. Well done.

The Slim Reaper 05-11-2020 05:19 PM

Ahh Bazza. The perfect gent until the end, giving the others a chance. Look after yourself.

The Slim Reaper 05-11-2020 05:26 PM

Jake.

I really liked yours. As neither a fan of dancing shows or soaps, I've actually learned some things. However, I think this was a great task for some humour to come shining through, so if I had a criticism it would be that's where it's lacking, but really well done.

The Slim Reaper 05-11-2020 05:35 PM

Nicky - Really thorough entry from you. Feel like I know her better than myself at this point in time, and I really liked the simpsons clip you added in. Good job.

The Slim Reaper 05-11-2020 05:39 PM

Matthew - you knocked it out the park on this task. I wanted humour and you more than delivered. I'm not really a GC fan, but just reading some of that stuff had me laughing. Excellent - well done.
