Woahh that is dissapointing for EE! Was it up aggainist Emmerdale?
Edit: EE got 1.4 million in the repeat of the episode on BBC3 making it one of the most watched repeat episodes on BBC3. So all together 7.5 million watched. |
Just checked, it was up against Emmerdale last night but it was still low, those BBC3 ratings are great though.

Wednesday
Emmerdale 6.2m Coronation Street 8.1m British Soap Awards 2008 6.0m |
Soap awards did very well.

Yeah the soap awards did great considering it was up against The Apprentice which has been getting its highest ratings ever this series. Last night The Apprentice got 6.8m and a 7.5m peak so that shows how good the the soap awards did but last year it did much better and it was up against The Apprentice and BB

Thursday
Emmerdale: 5.9m (38%) EastEnders: 8.3m (46%) Friday Emmerdale: 6.2m (39.2%) 19.30- Coronation Street: 8.2m (46%) 20.30- Coronation Street: 8.3m (39.2%) EastEnders: 7.9m (39.3%) |
Im not surpised for those a little low Friday EE figures. EE is watched by a more younger audience than CT and ED, lots of younger people were out as it was a great day and a friday night.
|
Monday
Hollyoaks: 1.5m 19.30- Coronation Street: 8.6m (45.3%) 20.30- Coronation Street: 9.1m (43%) EastEnders: 8.5m (42%) |
Thats great for such a warm day, the share of EE was incredible for this weather.
|
Corrie did well, ITV will be pleased that finally the second episode is beating the first episode , it hasn't done that for a few months I think now. Hollyoaks suffered the most from the warm weather yesterday which is understandable as it is on earlier and its audience are much younger.
