Am I sensing a mammoth love square with Riley, Mercedes, Mitzee and Lynsey?
|
It already is happening, although Mercedes has gone psycho but her and Mitzeee are unaware about Riley's interest in Lynsey still.
I read that Mitzeee finds out at some point though! |
Really can't warm to 'Stug'. Just feels really forced, they work better as friends. It's all really corny

Emma Smithwick said that there is lots of work going on behind the scenes RE forming long term storylines, as she has noticed the viewers comments about some storylines finishing quickly or lasting a week in some cases.

Ah at least they take into account what the viewers want :)

Kieron Richardson has revealed that he is happier with the new direction of his Hollyoaks character.
Richardson's alter ego Ste starts an unexpected romance with business partner Doug (PJ Brennan) later in the week on the Channel 4 teen soap. Referring to his domestic abuse storyline with Emmett Scanlan (Brendan Brady), Richardson told the PA: "We've had quite a dark 18 months for me so I'd like to see something a bit lighter. "I think some of the stuff coming up in the next couple of months, I can't say too much, but I'm happy with the direction it's going. "Ste has no friends so it's been amazing to have PJ there, we've got this friendship and now we're business partners, and is it going to lead to something else?" Hinting that the romance may not last, Richardson added: "It's nice to have a lighter side to him and a friend if nothing else." |
Hollyoaks star Andrew Still has revealed that he enjoyed his recent fight scene with Laurie Duncan.
The Glaswegian actor, who plays the tough Joel Dexter, recalled that his character's scenes with Callum were "good fun". Praising his co-star Duncan, Still told The Scottish Sun: "The take for the fight where we smash through the table had to be shot three times but it was good fun. "I really enjoy the fight scenes. Laurie and I have worked really well together - especially with the fighting stuff." However, the young Hollyoaks cast member added of his alter ego: "Playing Joel does make you go a bit mad, I remember going into a shop, picking up clothes and saying, 'Joel would wear that!' - the guy I was with thought I was insane." Next week in the soap, after a job for Brendan (Emmett Scanlan) goes wrong, Joel is left fighting for his life after getting stabbed. |
Hollyoaks star Emmett Scanlan has promised that there are "exciting" new storylines on the way for his character Brendan Brady.
The actor revealed that his unpredictable alter ego will be back at the forefront of the Channel 4 show in the coming months. Scanlan told Inside Soap: "A massive storyline is going to kick in later this year. I've already seen a few of the scripts which are coming up, and some new people are going to come into Brendan's life and change it forever. "His main motivations will remain the same, though. Power, possession, Ste - we'll be exploring each of those aspects of him. It all looks very exciting, actually." In the meantime, a new rivalry kicks off for Brendan this week as bad boy Walker joins the village. Scanlan said: "They met in prison while Brendan was doing time on suspicion of the murders that Silas committed. Walker looked out for Brendan, so he turns up asking for a favour in return. Brendan is aware he's a few sandwiches short of a picnic, but there's this unwritten criminal code that he knows he has to honour. "Neil Newbon, who plays Walker, is a fascinating character on and off the set. We get on very well, but we both want to make Brendan and Walker's rivalry so palpable that the audience will be salivating while watching!" |

Clearly an excuse to mix teens with more established characters AGAIN

It is too much now and especially having Maddie forced upon us:joker:.

I guess her link is Bart as well, although never seen her at his house I don't think, maybe once.
