Joe and Wil are gloating about how keeping Frank will keep the target off them, Ashley looks less amused unlike earlier when she was scheming with the girls. Obviously keeping Frank does not benefit her.

I like Ashley, but it is not smart of her to break bond with her coach by jumping to another team. Because when it comes down to it, the other teams will have each others back, and Ashley will be left as the "outsider" and the most expendable of the group. Willie is using her for votes, to get his way.

Not to mention, remember the winning coach saves a player every week and chooses the have not.
