As for the blackballs... I posted in here before the task started about entertaining the idea I might kick someone from the team and it seemed to have the effect I desired: Jay, Sam and Marsh all helped a lot with this challenge and came up with some great ideas, and Ammi's been key in all previous tasks.

So I won't be using any blackballs :p
