That's not true...anyone could and still can jump on public transport at anytime since this began.

It comes under the bit where he didn't order us to do anything but merely advised us to use common sense.

No, he said he didn’t even consider it, in other words, he did what he did without exhausting the other options at hand, he chose to break the rules without a second thought

As a last resort.

Dom and family hadn't even checked their first resort before doing what they wanted.

The common sense messaging came later didn't it? During the infamous stay alert PC. I could be wrong, but that's my recollection.

He said he didn't want his sisters house to become a target like his had at the time.

Well if he wasn't exercising or buying essential items or collecting medication he shouldn't have been out...end of. No excuses, no bull ****, just him thinking he doesn't have to abide by the rules that he himself but in place.

The original msg and advice was worded so we would use our common sense rather than the army being put on the streets.

No...he said his normal childcare was not an option.

His house wasn't a target. It has been over the last couple of days for obvious reasons but it wasn't then. Why would his sisters house become a target for anything if they were just helping him care for his child?

The press and commoners didn't all hunt for Boris' children when he was ill. Although if the PM doesn't know where they are, not sure we'd have found them either.

I assumed that to mean a nanny or similar as they were classed as non essential...might be wrong though

Did you neighbours set the rules?

Him and his wife are proven liars, it’s not a stretch of the imagination that he lied his entire way through that briefing

It wasn’t clear Annie...but no one questioned him on it so we will never know.

And they get criticised for it..

People are getting slated for being on the beach, people were slated for having street parties on V day. If you broke the rules you would be slated too but if someone who made the rules broke them then they will get more slack for it. You can't make rules and get them fined if you're doing the same thing. The mods who makes the rules would be more criticised if they broke the rules, teachers who does stuff that students gets detentions for will get more criticised. It's unprofessional

Would they have done that if he hadn't gone to and from the North?

(for the record, there are no good people in this instance)
