he would never as he would not be able to sign players till Jan and he is not a manager who would manage a relegation battle

bots 01-11-2021 01:40 PM

but Conte wouldnt join them in the summer ... or spurs didn't want him. Has anything changed?

no that'll be Jones until January i think, then a new manager when they can sign new players again

but now newcastle can already take notes on who to specifically replace and who are good enough to keep for the reserves bench

Why on earth would Conte choose Spurs who are run by Levy when the United job is gonna be available in the coming days/weeks - especially as he turned them down in the summer ?

I doubt that ...

Away to Atalanta .. then home to ManC .. away to Chelsea .. then Arsenal and Crystal Palace .

All those in the next four weeks and all on great form .

With Calvert-Lewin out for a while we need to adapt and learn how to play without our target man or we could be in for fall down the table.

Yep, I said we could go backwards without DCL.

Some players are replaceable and some are not.

Conte & Spurs are a match made in heaven, definitely a job where he can stay on another short term, rather than the long term project what Man United is

Sounds as though he’s been promised a huge war chest of cash to spend as soon as Jan ..

Guess he’s only got to sort out the defence and fine tune Kane and Son then he’s good to go for the window

rather try and sell Kane for whatever good price possible

as if he is worth 100 million, they are better off with him leaving and someone new up forward instead, what has he added this season for them, NOTHING

think if Kane is gone, and Son is promised to be the next star player i think Son will become better and better, but he'll need someone who can deliver the assists, more of those around him, so maybe new no.10

Yeah they should have sold Kane , made Son the main man and build around him

I bet Son can play up front on his own

I agree and I think Son is a brilliant player too.

Son is not consistent and neither is Kane, i cant see that changing under Conte. Conte will demand effort or they will be dropped though so Kane has some serious thinking to do

Son has always impressed me to be honest ... when he’s given a decent service.

I prefer him to Kane as he’s lightning fast which is a massive plus

Newcastle hope to appoint ex-Arsenal boss Unai Emery as manager before Saturday's game against Brighton :joker:

he has been very successful at Villareal

Nicky91 02-11-2021 12:24 PM

Emery might be a good choice for Newcastle, true

he now has experience what a good team with chances to win the europa league looks like
