Scouting Combine this Wed. I like watching it sometimes to see if anyone from my favorite college team is in the draft.

Unlike Football , most American Sports have a draft.
The Scouting Combine is a test on all rookie players eligible for the draft. They'll be tested with basic fitness tests (40 Yard Dash) along with skill tests based on their position.

Then in a few months the draft happens, Order is based on a teams record and where they were in the playoffs with the team with the worst record going first and the super bowl champ going last (This year Chiefs are first and Ravens will be the last team) There are Seven Rounds. In Later Rounds some teams will get 2 Picks. Teams are allowed to trade picks in trades (Our version of Transfers).

Patriots' Tight End Rob Gronkowski is rumored to be on the US SCD (Dancing With The Stars). Retired and Current players at the time have participated on the show before. Some have won like Emmitt Smith and Donald Driver (Won last spring), other have done decent on the show as well like Kurt Warner and Chad Ochocinco/Johnson.

Actually they're trying to make it seem somewhat interesting with this new format. NFC QBs are on a whole another level compared to AFC Defenses.

Also ESPN pulled out of a documentary about Football and Concussion. Allegedly because the NFL told them too. NFL is kinda nervous right now, I think because they fear that the recent connections between Football and Concussions could cause former players to sue the NFL.
