Greatest act of Fraud in history.

Having to throw £10billion at farmers to keep them afloat but couldn't find £30m to feed kids a few weeks ago. We have more foodbanks than branches of McDonalds and over half the country are happy for people to die so they get their brexit. It's the most absurd thing imaginable.

UK and EU agree to extend Brexit talks following call...

[The UK and EU have been carrying out negotiations
for a post-Brexit trade deal since March and are attempting
to secure one before the so-called transition
period end on 31 December - when the two sides
would move to trading
on World Trade Organization (WTO) rules.]

I wholeheartedly agree.
It's near obscene.

What the headline about billions of compensation for industries affected by no deal tells you is that a trade deal is inevitable, whether it is now, or in the short or medium term.

The alternative is just ridiculous as bail outs are only temporary, and can't go on indefinitely.

bots 13-12-2020 01:37 PM

yes, i think there is too much focus on "the now" we will always go to an equilibrium that best serves trade whether it's now or in 2 or 5 years

The Slim Reaper 13-12-2020 02:10 PM

We've boxed ourselves in with this sovereignty nonsense. Trade deals require and create dependence, whereas insistence on sovereignty wil make the deals impossible in the future, just like now.

I hope they have some facilities for the truckers... it's not fair on them or the locals to have to cope with the issues surrounding people trapped on the road for an extended time.

What? We've gone from holding all the cards for the easiest deal in history, where we could keep the EU benefits and give the NHS $350m/wk, to "We can be like Singapore."

Showing once again, that brexit is nothing more than a betrayal of the country for the financial gain of a few. I hate to break it to you, but you aren't one of the few.

Pretty much, we are leaving the EU because a bunch of rich people who want to get richer and have a shot at our rights without EU interference were successful in leading millions of gullible fools to vote against their own self interest.

He's a twat, Arista. A worthless twat that has nothing to add but bull**** that appeals only to the gullible.

Farage is a worthless human being.
