As you may have noticed, six of you are currently standing. You may also have noticed that In Cold Blood is a game that can only have five finalists.

The six of you are about to undertake a race to save yourselves. Below is a mathematic equation that, for the first player to find the solution, holds an excellent reward. That reward?

Whoever solves this equation first will have the power to kill off any rival player they wish. If you think you're without a chance of winning the game because there's a better competitor in your way, this is your only opportunity to get rid of them. In the context of the story of the game, your character will still be innocent (unless you're the Killer, of course) and a player will die under mysterious circumstances.

In the event that nobody solves this challenge, the Killer will be gifted with the opportunity to kill anyone he or she chooses, so whether or not you choose to participate, one of you will be culled before the final.

Now, remember how I said this is a race? That's because you have six hours to complete this challenge. Get going!
