Lady GaGa has allegedly started to consider plastic surgery.

According to Now, the singer is suffering from low self-esteem and wants to go under the knife in an attempt to conquer her insecurities.

"It seems GaGa can barely get through a concert without blacking out during a break or even collapsing on stage," said an insider. "She's running on empty and not taking proper care of herself at all.

"She's desperately unhappy but keeps talking about having thousands of dollars worth of plastic surgery. She really thinks that could fix everything. She's in a really bad way right now. She puts up such a guard that no-one ever really knows what she's feeling. She thinks she looks too manly and spends hours looking at herself."

The source continued: "She's thinking about a whole host of cosmetic procedures, including a nose job, cheek implants, boob job and thigh and bum lift. She's completely preoccupied with overhauling her looks.

"Everyone's worried about her and is begging her to take a break and get some perspective and work on her self-confidence. She could be relaxing, but she won't slow down. Her amazing work ethic has got her to where she is today, but I don't think she realises she can ease her foot off the gas now that she's such a success."

I really hope this is a load of BS, she myt end up turning into Michael Jackson :(

Lady Gaga pulls off the pan-European double again, withstanding a new entry by MGMT to keep control of Billboard's European Albums chart with "The Fame" (Interscope/Universal) and starting a second week atop European Hot 100 Singles with "Telephone," featuring Beyoncé.

In its 66th chart week, "The Fame" falls 1-3 in the United Kingdom, 6-8 in Switzerland, 7-9 in France and 6-11 in Portugal. But the long-server still accumulates enough points across the entire region to stay ahead of MGMT's new entry at No. 2, "Congratulations" (Columbia/Sony Music Entertainment). That sophomore release sells 17,000 for a new entry at No. 3 in the United Kingdom, also starting at No. 5 in Switzerland, Austria and Ireland, No. 7 in France, No. 18 in Portugal and climbing 11-6 in the Belgian region of Flanders.

Lady GaGa won't be won't be having cosmetic surgery.

This week saw reports in the tabloids that the 'Telephone' star was planning to go under the knife to radically change her looks.

It was claimed that GaGa had become "completely preoccupied" with surgery plans including having a nose job and her breasts enlarged.

Her rep says otherwise however "categorically denying" the story and adding to GossipCop "this is ridiculous and untrue."

In other news, GaGa had been recording "crazy" songs in her tour bus for her next album.

Definitely going again in October! Probably have to get tickets second hand, closer to the concert though cos I have no money now. :(
