Yea, like in Eh Eh, Love Game and Just Dance.

Ninastar 25-04-2010 03:36 PM

tbh aswell, like I said about the video being a shocker to get people to watch it, she might just make it a normal one. People will be expecting something crazy and if she gives us something normal, it might just get as much views?

Smithy 25-04-2010 03:38 PM

Probably, tbh I thought the Paparazzi vid was much better than Bad Romance, and yet that has the most hit's ever on Youtube.

I think it all depends on what the video's storyline is

Paparazzi was 4.
&she won't be judging on X Factor.
where will she find the time? she is touring non-stop until december + filming music videos + recording new music.

KKBL 25-04-2010 05:27 PM

If Paparazzi got to #4 then I'd imagine Alejandro will do the same. It's the 3rd single from the album though, so it doesn't really matter where it charts. Aslong and the song gets played loads on the radio and the video on the music channels, that'll get anyone who doesnt already have the album get it.

In July she's touring Europe, so she wouldn't have time to judge. And she isn't in Europe anytime in July, she's touring America again.

Ninastar 25-04-2010 06:18 PM

I seriously want to know how she manages it all! Maybe she has a secret twin :p

bbfan1991 25-04-2010 06:30 PM

Smithy 25-04-2010 06:31 PM

Dance In The Dark & Teeth need releasing, along with Telephone, they're the best songs on TFM.

DITD is her best song ever, IMO.

Ninastar 25-04-2010 06:35 PM

I love DITD! It sounds very madonna-ish aswell.

Idt think Teeth would be released because it's not very radio friendly :(

Although DITD could do really well if it was released

Ninastar 25-04-2010 08:27 PM

telephone just got number 6 on the 99 great pop videos ever.

I don't like Teeth at all and DITD is no where near her best IMO.

Bad Romance >>>>> Telephone > Alejandro > So Happy I Could Die >>> Monster > Dance In The Dark >>>> Speechless >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Teeth, for me.

Smithy 25-04-2010 10:02 PM

:O
Teeth is the best track on the album, from all the reviews I've seen it got the best "rating" if you will, with people only writing good about it

Lady Gaga helps download sales in UK rise more than 50pc

Acts such as Lady Gaga helped sales of downloads in the UK to rocket by more than 50 per cent in a year, new figures showed.

Tracks and albums bought from online retailers such as iTunes generated £154 million in 2009, according to music industry body the BPI.

Overall the music sector showed its first growth for six years, with artists such as Susan Boyle helping to boost income by 1.4 per cent compared with the previous year.

The music industry generated £928.8m in 2009, BPI figures show. Annual income has not risen above £1bn since 2006.

Sales of CD albums dropped by 6.1 per cent to £699 million, even with major releases by Robbie Williams and the reissues of the entire Beatles back catalogue.

Despite the increasing use of online streaming sites such as Spotify and we7, their free, ad-funded services brought in just £8.2 million, although this was a 247 per cent increase year-on-year.

Subscription services brought in £11.8m, up 37.2 per cent.

Altogether digital services account for a fifth of music revenue in the UK.

Geoff Taylor, BPI chief executive, said: ''It's encouraging to see industry revenues stabilise and even show modest growth in 2009.

''The CD continues to show greater resilience than many predicted - it is an excellent digital product. The pace of growth of new digital services is encouraging, but the size of the market continues to be constrained by competition from illegal downloads.''

Lady GaGa used to work as a go-go dancer

http://images.mirror.co.uk/upl/m4/ap...-250006381.jpg

Before she hit the big time - and could afford her outlandish clothes - Lady GaGa worked as a go-go dancer. Wearing ripped fishnet tights, sequinned underwear and a pearl belt, she had $100 bills tucked into her knickers at a birthday party in New York in 2007.

A source said: "Lady GaGa has always been a performer. She's been doing it for years in clubs in New York."
