and a couple of seasons ago we were about to sign vidic from red star or wherever he was but the clubs couldnt agree a fee :bawling:

Dunne on his day is as good as anyone, just has a tendency to switch off a little because he thinks his speed will get him outta any trouble. You wouldn't think it but the chap is ridiculously fast for a big lad.

I rate dunne never seen much of him before as never payed attention but now for villa hes doing well.

Dunne is one of the best central defenders in the league and he's a natural leader, unlike Gallas. Of course Wenger would have wanted him.

Dunne is just your average bog standard defender

and you can't compare gallas with dunne
gallas is in another class
