As for tomorrow..

Gym.. Deadlift 170 attempt 2, failed it last week, strained so hard.. had a little spot on my face before i started, after blood was running down my face lol..

Then going to my mates probably.. as i need a relaxed friday evening after training back.

I just thougth i would have a look what this actually is..

The basics is its a place to chat with people on the forum..
But only certain people tend to come in here.
