Captain Kaz, I am very worried about Sergeant Splodge but I also have to say I'm even MORE worried about Wing Commander Sticks. I rather fear the pressure of this mission has turned his head.

Do you think he will recover ?
:xyxwave:

Feebs 26-04-2003 11:02 PM

I heard there had been trouble with 'Admiral' Splodge and found someone to lend a hand:hello:

A simple spell is all we need,
To resurrect our friend indeed.
So say these words, forever true,
Come back Splodge, we do love you!!!!

I am assured that this will work!

:colour::colour::colour::colour:For luck!:colour::colour::colour::colour:

Kaz 26-04-2003 11:04 PM

I have my doubts about Sticks, Boris. I fear that he is now beyond our help, and I have issued orders for the 'men in white coats' to collect him immediately and take him to a nice, softly padded cell.

We will carry on regardless! :xyxwave:

Kaz 26-04-2003 11:08 PM

Bravo, First Lieutenant Feebs! I do believe you have found the resurrection spell we need!

Come on troops . . . . . after three . . . .

one. . . . . .

two . . . . . .

threee . . . . . .

Come back Splodge, we do love you!!!!

It WILL work! :spin:

It is always hard when you loose someone under your command.

This is not the first time, and sadly I suspect it will not be the first. It is something we accept when we sign up, as you do in the infantry.

We grieve for our fallen collegue, as you have been doing so for Splodge :bawling: The men in white coats will not be needed, as we will return to mission operational status.

The memorial service was very moving, as we had the Airforce band members play taps as well as a flypast.

Boris 26-04-2003 11:25 PM

Your efforts have restored dear Sergeant Splodge to us safe and well

Well done one and all :hello::hello:

What Kerrion Island, somewhere off the Dorset coast. I loved those books as well, I've read everyone, I fancied Anne. Five on a Hike was my fave.

Boris 26-04-2003 11:30 PM

Hello Steve_o you have jogged my memory...Kirrin Island. I still have some of the books in the loft.

I read them till they were ready to fall apart !
:xyxwave:

PS Love the fireworks Sergeant Splodge !

Kaz 26-04-2003 11:38 PM

Hip Hip Hurrah! :hello: :hello: :hello:

Sergeant Splodge has arisen from the dead! Thank you so much, Feebs - your resurrection spell worked a treat!

Sergeant Splodge, I owe you an official apology for sending you off to Scotchland without the requisite issue of long johns and liberty bodice to guard against the icy wilderness. Can you ever forgive me?

Troops now back to full strength. We WILL not faill! :spin:

Feebs 26-04-2003 11:38 PM

:hello::hello:Hooray!!:hello::hello:

My little spell has worked, I see
Told you there was a guarantee!
It came with all the slugs and snails,
Now, where did I put those puppy dog tails?!?

Good to see you back with a bang Splodge :colour::colour::colour::colour:

First Lieutenant Feebs is glad to have been of assistance Sir:xyxwave:

Glad to see you back sergeant splodge!!:xyxwave::xyxwave:
Just in time before Captain Kaz ordered 10 press ups!!
http://sscorer.co.uk/Gifs/PressUps.gif

Kaz 26-04-2003 11:46 PM

No press-ups for Sergeant Splodge tonight, Lance Corporal Rachb . . . . just plenty of warm clothing and a couple of 'drams' to bring him back to room temperature after braving the climate north of the border for a couple of days.

At ease, Sergeant Splodge. Rest and recovery period for you tonight.

Night shift at the ready ..........................

:xyxwave:

rachb 26-04-2003 11:58 PM

A nice hot cup of tea is just what you need sergeant Splodge

Slight problem. I took the kings shilling and can't get off this ship. Seems once an Admiral always an Admiral.

DOOMED!

I expect I will get used to bully beef and biscuits .............. Rums ok though.....

rachb 27-04-2003 12:01 AM

hang on Splodge we're coming to rescue you!!

splodge0 27-04-2003 10:45 AM

Hmmm

Rum or tea. Tea or rum.

Admiral or sergeant. Sergeant or Admiral

Hard one this.........................:colour:

Can I phone a Friend???

If you phone me Splodge , My advice will be to keep your high rank 'Admiral' and work with the 'ground forces' on secondment.....

Then

You can take tea in the Officers Mess.

You can drink rum with the 'lads' onboard
when the need arises.

Should cover all areas hey what ?

Man over board ...he's coming ashore

:xyxwave:

Kaz 27-04-2003 12:50 PM

Hi Boris. :xyxwave:

What's this? Encouraging Splodge to defect to the Navy, eh?
