Will we actually leave the EU according to this vote or is it still up to Nigel Cameron?

Portsmouth was expected to get 50% leave but now forecasted to get 57%. That must be greater than the polling margin of error.
It just goes to show that polls are utter bollocks most of the time. Nigel nearly dropped a clanger by almost conceding tonight. |
