Simba would've been fine because his father is "the King" so he's literally a prince by default... but there's literally no royal family in any of Mulan or Li Shang's lineage so I just can't really see how he's a "prince". Same with Pocahontas/John Smith.
Someone even named a Prince who has no love interest because he's one of the kid princes in 'Brave'... it's just a question of wording IMO. |
