Sky Sports News has exclusively been told it is looking increasingly likely Harry Kane will stay at Tottenham.

This is despite Spurs and Bayern Munich agreeing a deal worth almost £100m for the England captain.

Bayern are willing to pay £86m up front for Kane, with add-ons taking the deal close to £100m - a record for the club.

Kane has one year left on his Spurs contract and, with no indication he will renew his deal, Tottenham felt agreeing a move was the best worst-case scenario.

Even if he hasn't gone, can't see Kane starting this weekend, his head must be all over the place

the club are saying kane has permission to travel. Maybe Kane got cold feet on the way to the airport

The player and his representatives remain in London.

I cant see it being a done deal. While Brighton have 2 clubs bidding for a player, they are going to force the price up as much as they can
