Gary Neville REACTS to Man United 1- Fulham 2

Man United's poor form is really having an effect on Gary Neville

apart from shaving his head he appears rather angry?

bots 25-02-2024 08:07 PM

the problem Man U have is that the majority of players they have are worth nothing, so they cant sell them or ship them out on loan and have to wait for their contracts to expire to offload them. They have been paying them way to much money so they are happier to sit on the bench than move to another team. That will take years to resolve

Same applies to Chelsea !!

Both teams have basically spent around a billion on turds ..

Whilst Arsenal, Liverpool and Spurs have all bought pretty much spectacularly

Funny how it was called a "mickey mouse cup" by someone in this thread when it looked like Chelsea were going to win, but now it's "amazing". Sad!

Anyway, same old thing for Chelsea, had so many chances but wasted them. If we had a Drogba, or even a Costa that game would have been an easy win.

Liverpool have a few big flops over the years, Keita, Carrol, Chamberlin have all been big money flops. Arsenal had a huge flop in Pepe. And no one really cares about Spurs because they never win anything.

bots 26-02-2024 12:41 PM

Cristiano Ronaldo has come under heavy criticism after seemingly making an offensive gesture following Al Nassr’s 3-2 victory over Al Shabab in a Saudi Pro League match on Sunday.

The Portuguese star scored a first half penalty, before Brazilian Talisca’s late brace, including a goal four minutes from time, secured the win for Al Nassr.

After the final whistle, videos posted on social media showed the five-time Ballon d’Or winner cupping his ear and repeatedly thrusting his hand forward near his pelvis, seemingly aimed at rival Al Shabab supporters.

In the background, chants of “Messi” could be heard, referring to Ronaldo’s longstanding football rival from Argentina.

Every single club have big money flops, but of course you clubs Liverpool, Spurs AND Arsenal (Spurs and Arsenal fan, so messed up) can do no wrong, ever :joker:

Still, Chelsea have won more PL titles than Arsenal, Spurs and Liverpool combined. Spurs are bottle jobs, Arsenal are weak and have no backbone, and Liverpool have won one title that no one takes seriously :hehe:

And as you said yesterday, who cares about a "Mickey Mouse Cup anyway"

It's ok though, i 99% sure this is Liverpool's year. Arsenal will bottle it, like they always do (just like their North London neighbours), and i don't think City quite have it this year. Liverpool are the best English team atm imo. It would be a very fitting end if they can clinch the title in Klopp's last season.

bots 26-02-2024 04:01 PM

As a matter of principle, i don't want any team to dominate the league year after year. That's why it was so good when leicester won it

I honestly don't mind who wins it this year, it's a 3 horse race, but i think it will be out Liverpool and City in the end. As long as Spurs don't win it, which they can't now, im really not bothered either way. Im not gonna say i'd "like" to see Liverpool and Klopp win it this year, but it would really be a fairytale end to his time at Liverpool.

There hasn't really been any. But it proves nothing, historically EVERY SINGLE CLUB EVER has big money flops. Chelsea have basically tried to start from scratch paying way over the odds for overrated players, it happens. Lots of teams go through off periods, trying to rebuild, establishing a balance and consistency. Arsenal have been there, and have barely won a thing in 20 years, Spurs never win anything ever, so no change there. Liverpool since Klopp have built a great teams, same with Pep and City.

Teams go through stages, it's happened for a hundred years, Chelsea are poor atm, just like Liverpool before them, and Arsenal, and Utd, and of course always Spurs. But Chelsea will bounce back, like Utd will. It doesn't happen over night, Liverpool and Arsenal are proof of this.

Swan 26-02-2024 04:33 PM

I mean you only support these teams because they're doing well, not Spurs anymore of course. It's really sad that you support, defend and have worrying bias for them when really you should only be supporting one so passionately. You are also the only person in the world, ever, who supports both Arsenal and Spurs.

Wrong as usual ..

I don’t support any of them as I’m a Barca fan ..

I just LOVE watching Liverpool, Arsenal and Spurs because they play lovely , exciting football ..

If I was a glory seeker I’d be a City lover bit they actually bore me rigid ..

liverpool didn't win the league in decades. There was a reason for that, the squad was crap ..... for decades

Zizu 26-02-2024 05:46 PM

Moving on …. Yawn

I wonder if Roy Hodgson and David Moyse wish that they had quit their respective clubs last summer ??

For obvious and slightly different reasons

They didn’t win the league because of a dominant ManU .. then more recently ManC , Chelsea and Arsenal

Looks like you spend far too much time playing FIFA
