I recently finished season three... and my take away message from it is, for me personally that is, if Fantasia Borino can be on a Ru judge panel... it's not an unachievable goal for me.

well come back to us when you win American Idol, Mokka :hmph:

(really though, in a season that included 'Alessandra Torresani' and 'Debbie Matenopoulos', why come for this sweetheart?)

Oh come on Shaun... if anything you proved my point about how many D listers have been on Ru's panels... and that proves the dream is still alive... all I gotta do is grab that 15mins of fame hunty.

A big part of me misses the judges being all relatively low-key and unknown because they at least felt some kind of pressure to give constructive feedback. There are too many now that're just cast because they're either attractive gays with no personality (Him Off 13 Reasons Why, Nico Tortorella, Andrew Rannells (YEAH I SAID IT), Cheyenne Jackson, Noah Galvin) or popstars there to get some free promo for a lipsync whilst looking visibly uncomfortable to be surrounded by queers (Shania Twain, Meghan Trainor, Olivia Newton John, Demi Lovato)

A lot of the best judges IMO haven't exactly been household names (Loretta Devine, Tamar Braxton, the Sedaris siblings, Candis Cayne, the Broad City girls , Leah Remini, Terri Nunn)

Smithy 18-11-2018 06:55 PM

Add Gus kenworthy to your boring gay judges list Shaun, waste of SPACE

Shaun 18-11-2018 06:56 PM

and Jeffrey Bowyer-Chapman tbh. He was good in the acting challenge but doesn't really offer much as a judge.

Smithy 18-11-2018 07:03 PM

Gus being back for AS4 too

I'm baying for the return of Lisa Rinna and Chloe Sevigny  S3 had the best guest judges. aaaand when was the last time Queen Latoya was a guest judge?

Smithy 18-11-2018 08:01 PM

5 I think wasn’t it? Or 6?

Braden 18-11-2018 08:04 PM

Ugh, we need her back pronto!

Finishing season two and it was great. The queens were great I remember most, if not all. Pandora, Juju and Tati were my favs. Raven grew a bit too and I hated Tyra at the start but she got better as it went on. Bring on season three.

I met miss Asia O'Hara this weekend!

Tom4784 27-11-2018 02:19 AM

Ugh, queen

She did such a great audience roast I lived

I'm excited to see the pic I got with her when it's processed :amazed:

As much as I love me some Raja & Raven, these two's episodes of FPR have been STELLAR.

"What's it called when all the colours are like, the same?"
"...interracial?" :laugh2:

In the latest edition of Eureka Was Right The Whole Damn Time, the Vixen lets her ass OUT by coming for Manila re: Sahara Davenport (Manila's boyfriend, who died a few years ago)

Vixen's tweets in response:

Quote:

“Yes Manila Luzon I am saying give Kevin the same benefit of the doubt ya’ll give Jeffrey Star And other problematic faves who apologize. However weak those apologies may be.”

“Queens like Manila Luzon like to show up and disrupt convo for a laugh because they have no sense of social responsibility or moral compass so it’s just fun and games for them to JK about things that others take seriously. Plus I remind her of her ex so she’s obsessed. It’s fine

“And even tho this is the 2nd time in a week that Manila has shown up n my page to disrupt. I’m sure her fans will jump down on me because that’s how the game works and that’s totally fine because it’s super predictable at this point so Bring. It. On!”

“I repeat they judge my reaction but never their actions”

EDIT: More tweets. It’s a good morning to have twitter fingers.

“Ya know what. I’m deleting that tweet because I do have respect for Sahara and the many people that love her. I let Manila piss me off and I threw a low blow, for that I’m sorry.”

“And if you can’t accept my apology then you really have learned nothing from this whole experience and that is on you.”

“I’m also blocking Manila cuz I’m tired of her game. I’ve done nothing to her ever and she keeps showing up on my post to cause drama. Over it.”

I bet those who chose to champion this tragic nasty mess feel embarrassed :idc:

RileyH 09-12-2018 05:54 PM

Why is Manila harrassing The Vixen tho

Liam- 09-12-2018 06:01 PM

She’s beyond tragic, how anyone supports it is staggering.

Braden 09-12-2018 06:03 PM

It's definitely embarrassing that I ever supported The Vixen after this awfulness, but this by no means suggests that Eureka was ever right and does not detract from the fact that she's also an irritating dick.

Just saying.

Tom4784 09-12-2018 06:11 PM

The Vixen truly is the Azealia of drag.

Of course you'd take this narrative.

Tom4784 09-12-2018 06:41 PM

Having an opinion and responding to a tweet that someone put out into the world with a valid point = harassment?
