t'besure t'besure

DemolitionRed 20-11-2015 10:39 AM

Yes, that is her in western clothes lighting a candle for the dead.

I've read that she never practised any faith, was a heavy drinker, promiscuous and a party animal until a few weeks ago when she suddenly started wearing Muslim style clothing.

It was her cousin who was behind all this. Her brothers, one who is disabled had nothing to do with it.

You have to wonder what the hell goes through a persons mind to make them decide to give up their freedoms and life all of a sudden like that

It's a shame when young people with a free life to anything decide to become a Jihadi

Jordan. 20-11-2015 10:54 AM

:umm2: that is not the suicide bomber. It's a woman that worked in a cafe that was attacked that survived and protected people

Niamh. 20-11-2015 10:55 AM

Oh for Gods sake, Arista :fist:

Thank you for Correcting Me
Jordan

I have Deleted the Original post

Niamh. 20-11-2015 11:01 AM

The same comments could apply to the actual woman though, I'm going to remove some posts here, I don't want people thinking that first woman was the bomber

Denver 20-11-2015 11:01 AM

Also I'm not sure if its been mentioned but just heard on the news a 3rd body was found in the flat

I just tried to find the article with no success. Apparently she was raised in kids homes and with foster parents in Paris and had little contact with her mum. It also sounds like her childhood was full of violence and as an adult she had quite a hollow existence.

Now before someone jumps in and suggests I'm sympathising, I'm not; lots of adults have been through traumatic childhoods and grew up to remain decent human beings. What I think in this case is, she's a perfect example of someone who gets easily radicalised. Radicalization to people like her give them a sense of belonging.

I get what your saying, she must have desperately wanted somewhere to belong though to give up her life for it :/

I haven't seen any other reports but if you read this one, it does make you wonder if she blew herself up.

Towards the bottom of the article she is drawn towards the door of the apartment and appears to be giving herself up. She doesn't display her face but she's told to keep her hands up, which the article says she does. The police tell her they are going to open fire (that's confusing because why would they tell her that?) and then she blows up.

Sounds to me like she was wearing a bomb belt and the police open fired on her and triggered the explosives. That, or someone within the flat held the trigger and exploded her but it doesn't sound like she was in any position to explode it herself at the moment of the blast.

Have a read and see what you think.

I get what you're saying too Red - and no, I don't regard this as 'sympathising' with terrorsists, just analysing one possible reason for her becoming a terrorist.

Awww! She's the woman in the video, Oh, I feel really bad now!

Well, all my previous comments are obviously for the evil bomber and not the heavenly saint waitress. Wow, like being a waitress isn't hard enough, now she's saving lives.

I think all our comments could be applied to the actual bomber
