If they're doing International All-Stars then Tahan would definitely make sense considering Tim mentioned her in the house (also that she knew the North American game-format), a lot of the fans said they wanted her to play last season, and I'm pretty certain she said she'd be willing to do it.

I also think the reason Chris Maloney may be also playing is that she mentioned him last year, and I think they may have the same talent team?

On a separate but related note, the phrase 'out of this world' has been used on a few occasions in promo stuff now so I'd hazard a guess that we're definitely getting a space theme but I wonder if it has a double meaning i.e. internationals? Also, Tahan has done stuff in the U.S. in recent months and years (Tahan and her boyfriend David meeting Amber from BB16 and Judd from BB15 in LA back in 2014; and the both of them visiting Hawaii back during BB18); so it wouldn't surprise me if she'll be in LA.
