The episode did seem to be setting up Ryan as the one to go, but why not just end the episode with it? It's annoying that useless Scotty is doing well. I'm ok with Ryan playing tactically but he went too far in with Freddie/Sian's side.

I really hope Kate survives this one as well. "The Circle will be a better place without this player" - I find it hard to believe that Sian would say such thing about her. The main problem with Kate is that she's nice/fence-sitter/fake - but she has never caused any bad atmosphere. I have my faith in Sian.

If Ryan goes - it means the musketeers have the same number of people against Dan and Kate, which is a good thing.

Even if Ryan does go Scottie seems aligned with Freddie and Sian. Ryan seems much more of a loose cannon, and Scottie just seems put in for showmances.
