Mission Impossible: The final reckoning.
Absolutely brilliant. Loved it. An easy 10/10 for me

….ahhhhh, I know how much you love the Mission Impossibles…I’m glad that it didn’t disappoint, Vanessa…

Fear Street Prom Queen - Very silly over-the top slasher but I enjoyed the 80 nostalgia 6/10

We went to see Mission Impossible yesterday as a family, all four of us stretched out on our reclining seats at 2.30 in the afternoon bliss

As to the movie it was a real cheesefest, Tom doing his own stunts is just amazing to watch though, and Gabriel is a real comedy villian, have to say I laughed out loud when he got his comeuppance, it was comedic (dont think that is a spoiler as that is the expectation in these movies)

I probably will end up watching them although I can't stand Tom Cruise

…which cinema did you go to in Norfolk, Cherie…?…we always went to a small cinema theatre house in the local town to where we lived before which was a really cosy feel with sofas and food delivered to the seats etc…we haven’t been to any in Norwich or anything yet or checked out local smaller ones if there are any…

I love Tom Cruise. Been a fan ever since I saw him in top gun :flutter:
No one can do the stunts he does. A real life action hero :amazed:

Vanessa 28-05-2025 11:53 AM

I found the best cinema. Reclining seats and tables as well :amazed:

I have hated Tom Cruise after he capitulated to the Church of Scientology and divorced his wife, because she would not leave her Roman Catholic faith

I just got a real turn off him over all the Scientology stuff and the fact he basically abandoned his daughter

What was the last film you watched?

Gladiator 2

Absolute hogwash especially the ridiculous fight scenes against baboons , a giant rhinoceros and finally a pool of sharks !!

I don’t get the action man title when he’s barely 5’ tall and does some scenes stood on a box !

Also I never forgave him for marrying Nicole Kidman

I adore him. I'm sure we all do things in our lives that other people would disapprove of without knowing all the facts. Glad to hear Mission Impossible was good, so looking forward to seeing it.

It's so much fun. But then I love all the movies in this series.
I think he's quite a remarkable man and seems really grounded.

He spends a lot of time meeting fans and having selfies taken. I like that.

Omg id love to meet him! Last time I saw him at a premiere there were so many people I couldn't get near. Bur he spent a lot of time greeting fans.
It was during one of the mission impossible premieres.
Absolutely mental. Huge crowd

Both Vue at Castle Mall and Odeon at Riverside now have recliner seats, we went to Vue yesterday, because 02 have a deal of 4 seats for 18.00 or two for 9.00, there is also a smaller independent one called Cinema City which I have not been to yet but it is supposed to be very nice
