Ok just watched all the dances

Fleur : Very strong paso & Charleston , one was energetic & quirky & the other was complete fierce passion . If Fleur has danced her last ,then she's gone out on a massive high. But sadly the competition will lose of of the best .

Molly: Equally as strong as Fleur , just wow at the stunning American Smooth & the dramatic intense Paso . Molly is a true contender . Again if either or Fleur goes . Then the competition will lose one of the best .

Helen : So much Confidence now , she's a very good performer . And she puts effort in .

Hamza: I liked his routines , he's always decent / ok & happy and his Charleston was fun .

Will: He tries , and couples choice was decent/ ok & paso again was ok but felt it needed more . But Will is the weakest in the competition imo . But I know he's popular.

Technically for me Fleur & Molly are joint number 1 / The best in the competition.

2nd Helen

3rd Hamza

4th Will

Oh if the public were actually judging the Show as a dancing contest then Molly would've had her winning moment with that Paso performance last night.

Unfortunately I doubt the public even care about the performances on any level.

I just know one of my favourites is going home :bawling: , but either way both Molly & Fleur are still my winners :clap1: .

Hamza was overscored. That waltz was not deserving of 9s and 10s.
Helen was good.
I like Molly, but Carlos always makes it about him. He's supposed to be showcasing Molly!
Will paso I thought was ok, maybe he went in a bit too aggressively? His couples choice was amazing. I was dancing along!
Fleur paso, I wasn't keen on that. But I liked her Charleston.

I agree with you on both points.

Hamza's waltz was one of the worst I've seen on Strictly.
Really overmarked.

great show last night

Helen: that argentine tango first dance i liked from her, her waltz not so much kinda dull

Hamza: two solid performances once again

Molly: i enjoyed her american smooth, her paso was quality yes and she is very much deserving of a place in the final

Will: i felt for him in the paso, it is a super difficult dance for a male celeb to get right, his couples choice was a borefest, i was expecting something more

Fleur: her paso was mediocre at best, not her fault but the music wasn't right, and her charleston i preferred hamza's much wackier, and this one was too controlled, craig was right

my choices for the B2 would be Will vs Fleur, and Will can win with his CC i think in terms of scores wise comparison or Fleur has to suddenly dance a little less controlled in her Charleston second time around

if Molly is in dance off again, well i pray for you (aka new victim) no one can beat her in that paso :hehe:

Lewismacfarlane 12-12-2022 08:16 AM

My family are team Hamza and team will

I'm team Helen

Nicky91 12-12-2022 08:28 AM

my dad is Team Hamzita :D

well i'm more neutral i guess ever since Team Twinkle Tones (Tony & Katya) left, it is a strong and very unpredictable year

my fave performances from my favourites had been his Grandstand theme cha cha, that was so much fun, with mimicking all the different sport events combined with such a solid cuban break move

i also liked James & Amy, his guardian of galaxy cha cha still so entertaining when i rewatch that

GoldHeart 12-12-2022 08:40 AM

What is going on , the spoiler isn't on the website still !!, I just know Fleur has gone I bet :bawling:.

Vanessa 12-12-2022 08:42 AM

As long as Helen wins, the series is saved
I'm rooting for her.
Would love to see Will in the final. If not I'll see him at the tour. He has made the series worth watching for me.

:umm2: don't overreact, we'll see the results tonight anyway

8:15 PM after Eastenders

with pro group number including Craig

and the wonderful Lewis Capaldi will be performing

GoldHeart 12-12-2022 08:56 AM

It's obvious it's between Helen & Will to win. I would prefer Helen out the 2 to win ,as she's actually a much better dancer and has improved.

My ideal winner would be Fleur or Molly ,but I know that's not happening. If Hamza wins ,then I'd still be happy for him ...despite what the judges have been doing.

Would be nice if one of the girls wins ,as they've been critiqued the harshest , especially by Shirley the sour face :fist: .

Strictly Jake 12-12-2022 09:52 AM

Watching the paso from Molly again. There is no way that should not have been a 40. It's perfect there is nothing to fault it deserved a 40 for sure

pontooner 12-12-2022 08:25 PM

Well that was a pile of...

On the dance-off, I thought Will edged it, Fleur's Charleston was better last night. But really, and I know its not his fault, Hamza is being shoved through every week and I've a real downer on him because of it. He's just bang average; reasonable at the latins, good timing out of hold and clearly strong enough to pull off some decent lifts (but so are lots of male celebs) but he's not a ballroom dancer of any merit and well outclassed by Will in that respect.

Molly is the best dancer and deserves to win it. I got what was said about Carlos above though. It's his first year and he reminds me of Graziano in his first year - sometimes forgetting his job is to show off the celeb follower and not make the dance about himself.

Tbh as someone that actually likes Fleur on Strictly, I do feel like it's a disgrace that the judges sent someone home when it's been his first time in the bottom two at the top 5, at that point I honestly feel like the dance-off shouldn't even matter and that the integrity of the competition actually feeling like a competition is more important.

And you're assessment of Hamza I feel is very fair, and I personally feel like he hasn't had a good dance in weeks, he is literally living off the Salsa dance all of the way back in week 4, and to a lesser extent his Couples Choice.

The public basically aren't flexible and are gonna stick with Hamza or Helen regardless of how they dance, or how Molly and Fleur dance, which is a huge problem for the Show because it makes watching certain performances pointless if the public don't even care about the performance. It's basically the same flaw that TXF had, especially in the later years.

And with Molly I agree that she's a very good dancer, her Paso especially was very good on Sunday, however she sadly does occasionally get sabotaged with horrible choreography on certain nights, which sadly has probably hampered her vote to some extent.

And Fleur is weird, she gets second on a singing contest when she can't sing, but struggles really badly in the vote on Strictly when she's delivered some of the most memorable dances of the series, you just can't make it up.

Nicky91 13-12-2022 07:11 AM

Will was indeed better in that dance off

i think Shirley needs glasses? at least Anton saw it right how wrong that lift went :laugh3:

with this sort of weird public taste i even can do well with them :laugh2:

rather Hamza than Helen as the winner pls, jeez if Helen wins, how low the level of love for dance has sunk with the public  Helen can't dance, just unfortunate she is a presenter with a long career :idc:

I personally think Fleur CAN sing ,and she was an excellent performer aswell on XF ...but we have different opinions.

But I agree about it not being fair that she's been in the dance off so many times, despite having memorable fantastic dances & routines.

Nicky91 13-12-2022 07:27 AM

british aren't as good as germans with shows like this

lets dance germany recent series standard of quality has been massively higher than strictly's level of quality

i mean having Lili Paul-Roncalli (not to mention having the earliest perfect 30 score so far out of all series) win a final against Luca Hanni, Moritz Hans and all 3 being phenomenally great, even the 4th place semi finalist Tijan Njie would've been a worthy finalist

or footballer Rurik Gislason winning against a superb consistent same-sex pair Nicolas & Vadim, and another consistent duo Valentina & Valentin while being amazing himself many weeks too (with even on paper duffers like Auma Obama having some exceptional good moments too)

or this year, paralympian Mathias Mester whom is 10000000000000% better than Ellie Simmonds for sure, a worthy finalist too on dance ability as well as performing ability for a non-actor, Janin & Zsolt being a consistent pair, Zsolt in his first pro year immediately a finalist, more deserving than Vito, Carlos, Jowita here what he got out of Janin in those weeks

and Rene Casselly as the winner, based on dance ability because well personality wise he isn't that liked, he can come across as a bit arrogant/overconfident

comedy contestant wise, lets dance treats them better than strictly too, some don't act like the comedy ones

like Martin Klempnow, Oli Pocher, Bastian Bielendorfer, Ailton, Ilka Bessin and even a 69 yr old news veteran Jan Hofer who was able to keep up with the youngsters quite decently in his own way

they also handled the disability contestant, deaf contestant better, Benjamin Piwko whom never got any ''sympathy support'' based on his disability but more based on the ability to perform really well with lots of emotions

Maybe I did word it harshly looking back at the post.

What I mean is that she's a much better dancer, yet the public keep dropping her in the bottom two, it's really bizarre.

people just need to vote right, how difficult can voting correct be

Fleur and Molly tower above Hamza and Helen as the far superior dancers

Nicky91 13-12-2022 07:43 AM

if Helen wins i won't accept that

that ugly talentless woman

Nicky91 13-12-2022 08:05 AM

the only mistake german public ever made was let Kerstin go through many weeks of getting 1's and basically not improving at all, staying pedestrian :laugh3:

her charleston to scatman almost made me puke

Not again Nicky. Stop attacking people. And please do not put her in your avatar or your sig or call yourself a number one fan of her just because I've said this. If you don't like someone that's ok just don't be so vicious and obsessed
