Dot, Arthur, Tiff and a few chairs with a flag lol. Someone call the police...

Maybe the council didn't give them permission for more than 3 people :joker:

Urgh, can't believe two soaps doing the exact same plot at the same time yet again. It's a good thing i've gone off Corrie.

Callum 29-04-2011 07:35 PM

Good episode but I thought it would be better. Wasn't much of a celebration which was a shame. The proposal came out of nowhere though.

So did they use some software to like crop or place the Royal Wedding clips into the screens?

Or did the teens and everyone in the vic film their scenes this morning that included the Royal Wedding?

The magic of technology

Jords 29-04-2011 08:16 PM

Knew he would have lost the money

So predictable but I like Mercy so hope she stays!

The scenes will have been filmed weeks ago. Notice that the wedding footage only featured in cutaways to the TV screens, added in today. It wasn't like we got a wide shot of the Vic crowd infront of the screen. And Ben, Abi and Jay were shown watching the TV, with cutaway shots.

The only thing they did do, was show Janine's granny looking at the screen. Although that could have been any random caretaker in a hat and coat from behind, lol.

Snap!

Callum 01-05-2011 11:34 AM

Agree about the Masoods

I hate how their splitting them up too. Does every couple have to get split up in EastEnders? I've heard that

Spoiler:

Masood confesses his love for Jane soon

and that
Spoiler:

Zainab ends up turning to Yusef for comfort

So typical.

Confusing considering how they value their beliefs so highly..... More hypocritical storylines for them *sigh*

Daniel McIver 01-05-2011 10:32 PM

I've got a feeling Yusef might have a affair with denise and zaniab and masood will have a affair with jane! I can just see it coming :D

InOne 03-05-2011 03:59 PM

Wish the Masoods would go for a bit, so annoying :bored: I prefer Syed more, sick of seeing the mum and dad all the time and the same old storyline

I'm sick of Zanab making up with Syed then changing her mind then making up with him then changing her mind etc.

It's certainly very odd that she's now accepted Syed but won't accept Christian

Really enjoyed last week's episodes. Nice to see the Beales at the forefront of the show again and I like how Jane is standing up for herself. Always thought Ian treated her like crap so it's good to see her getting her own back. Jack and Rainie on Friday though was just ew, knew it wouldn't be long before Rainie was back to her old ways. Also liked Vanessa behind the bar in the Vic, she grew on me slightly during those scenes. Oh and the material for Dot last week was brilliant :D Such a great character and glad she's getting loads of screentime lately, anyone know where Jim's gone though? Sounded to me like he's been taken to a care home and he hasn't been on screen in ages but I thought Dot was hiring a carer.... :conf:

Kerry 10-05-2011 03:08 AM

I'm guessing this new 'helper' of Dots will become her latest stray?

Kerry 10-05-2011 08:11 PM

Well there goes any last shred of dignity Ben had.......

Missed it but was it at a house party, middle of the Vic? Or some other inappropriate social event?
