#23 – Boothy

Boothy debuts at #23 and earns the distinction of being the highest ranking new entrant to Most Loved along with it. Though he had been an active member for a while, it wasn’t until recently Boothy started to post just that bit more than usual and started to get to know a few more members just that little bit better. Better late than never – he finally appears in the Most Loved countdown, and so now let’s take a look at the reasons why you gave him points. Boothy is a “cool as hell dude”; “kind of underrated. He's pretty funny and stuff” and a “good all round poster.” One voter said “I get on well with him because we kind of have the same interests and is good to chat to.” One member voted for him because “he's alright this one. You can tell he's from Planet Earth. He's not one to speak ridiculously or fill his posts with ludicrous nonsense.” One voter said that they “got to know him a fair bit recently, randomly. Having on Facebook has helped and PlugDJ has brought us a little closer. James is just a normal, decent guy who I'd get along with if I ever met him in real life. Glad he's made the Top. 50 and he deserves it. It's a shame I can't vote him any higher, but when you look at the talent at the top of my list it's so hard to justify squeezing him up one or two spots” while another had similar words, saying “I have to be honest I don’t remember many encounters I’ve had with Booth on TiBB itself but I speak with him on FB and Twitter and he was willing to help me out with some uni stuff. I just like his attitude and he’s a down to earth guy.” One member said they “got to know him more offsite than on so it's good to see he's back posting regularly even if it just calling people muggy ***** in his disgusting Brummie accent.” He picked up points “because he is a part of the #UKLADScene” and another member said “I like Boothy a lot, he has great music taste and I think he deserves a high place in this Most Loved.” As one member puts it, “how he has never made the list before is beyond me. A great member, a good laugh and very underrated.”
