Being completely fair.
- Harris won the debate as she simply dodged the fewest questions, where as Trump mainly kept ranting about immigration and taking the other topics off-topic.
- The Moderators were an absolute joke, barely controlling the candidates, and clearly had a bias against Trump.
Including the guy even having a borderline argument with Trump at one point.:umm2:
- The Media in general seem to be very in favour of Harris becoming President.

There's videos of the last bit, as if we needed to know this very critical info. It's making its rounds all over X. Not that it's anything I'd go out of my way to look up. I've heard or seen similar things and worse, so nothing really shocks me now. I took a 3-day occult course at the police academy (as a visitor) and there's enough that goes on in people's backyards that an in-depth course is even needed at all. Obviously the public dialogue misses this aspect of life. Most weird things that happened used to be learned from neighbors, "I would tell you about this but you wouldn't believe it"... but now social media also... and remember, everyone is welcome here  Just because it seems really weird and out there to us may not be so weird to someone else...
As for the rest, I'd say it's easily a Harris win and she came off the way she needed to to counter any negativity as to her personality. Policy is still lacking, but at this point, the performance was raw enough that if personality will sway any remaining undecided voters, then those votes are likely to be pocketed by her. She did what she came to do and she didn't need to do much else. I don't see her surpassing this high because the bar was set so low, so it will be interesting to see how this plays out until election day. Whether it changes enough minds that are left for the take won't be known until then. The media across the board are schizophrenic atm trying to cover last night's debate performance on behalf of their favorite, lots of counteracting of lies told and the other claiming nothing to see here... and it's just so tiresome. I can fact check for myself and I really don't appreciate the amount of interruptions last night by the moderators. I think they were going for ratings and trying to stand out from CNN, which isn't that difficult really... what the debate reinforced to me is I can't rely on the media to tell the truth... there's people saying "but he actually won!"... He clearly bombed.
