SEETHING Vanessa Gold will ATTACK cheating Tanya Jessop in front of son Oscar - after discovering her affair with fiancé Max Branning.


The toddler screams "Mummy!" after Vanessa storms into Tanya's house and punches her in EastEnders.


The pair then roll around on the floor pulling each other's hair and scratching each other as three-year-old Oscar and Tanya's hubby Greg watch on in horror.


An EastEnders insider said: "She hunts Tanya down to her house and forces her way in before attacking her.


"There is nothing like a woman scorned but Tanya doesn't take it lying down. She gives back as good as she gets. It leaves little Oscar in a right state." Viewers have seen Max (Jake Wood) start an affair with his ex-wife Tanya (Jo Joyner).


They started meeting up for sex sessions behind the backs of Tanya's new hubby Greg and Max's fiancée Vanessa following a passionate hospital romp on Tanya's wedding day.


They even got down and dirty at Max's engagement party as his wife-to-be (Zoe Lucker) was DOWNSTAIRS. In scenes due to be screened later this summer, Tanya will end the affair after Max's brother Jack (Scott Maslen) finds out about it - but Max tells Vanessa everything and dumps her.


Vanessa then storms out of their home and races round to Tanya's. The insider said: "The fight will be as explosive as Tanya and Max's recent sex scenes."

Nicola Stapleton, who plays Mandy, has spent her first week of filming scantily clad.

A source said: "Nicola doesn't look like she has aged since she left. She looks amazing.

"She found it a bit strange to film her first scenes in underwear and bikinis but she joked that she might as well 'jump straight back in'."

Mandy left the soap in 1994 a few weeks after her boyfriend Aidan Brosnan, played by Sean Maguire, went back to Ireland.

Since then, actress Nicola, 36, has appeared in Bad Girls, The Bill and Casualty, as well as Emmerdale and Hollyoaks.

Announcing her return to Albert Square, an EastEnders spokesman said: "Mandy's grown up a bit but she's still fun, chaotic and wild - with a spiteful streak. She is a manipulative force of nature, so it's likely that she'll be causing trouble for at least one of Walford's residents."

Insiders say Mandy - whose exes include Ricky Butcher, who she bedded in a one-night stand - is set to get her nails into the men of the square.

Nicola has previously claimed that she has been asked to return several times before but never felt ready.
