when was that?

this is what i posted in the other thread before i realised there was another one:

i never in a million years thought Sree would do that. whatever you thought of him have some compassion and don't leave silly comments on this thread. self harm isn't a laughing matter.

This happened last friday morning then he appeared on BBBM on friday night?

Wow.

I noticed that Davina cupped his face in her hands when she entered the show and he was sitting at the front. She didn't speak with him the whole show which I also noticed. Odd.

Twiggy 28-07-2009 09:59 PM

This is very upsetting. I do hope he will be OK.

Addy 28-07-2009 10:01 PM

Thats terrible!!! I really hope he finds ways to cope.

Bombardier 28-07-2009 10:01 PM

This is bizarre.

prkp12 28-07-2009 10:03 PM

attention seeker! but hope hes ok

IheartBB 28-07-2009 10:06 PM

What a bid for attenion. Did anyone actually read the article?

persephone 28-07-2009 10:06 PM

Get well soon Sree

You can't relate normal working conditions to what these people are exposed to on a programme like Big Brother. The producers have a responsibility to a. ensure prospective contestants are equipped to deal with these kind of pressures (they run suitable tests and screening beforehand right?) b. monitor their progress as they live in the house and always be on hand if there's a real problem and c. ensure that the evicted housemates are well enough to deal with the huge adjustment they will undoubtedly have to undergo as they face the real world again.

This is real bad press for Big Brother if this guy has really tried to do something to himself. Best wishes go out to Sree.

dra-ma ...

(in a sing-song voice)

cassieparis 28-07-2009 10:27 PM

He has been wearing that very pained grimace grin on the sister shows for weeks.

I thought he was putting on a painful front
Of course Noirin will get the blame for his troubles as he went into the house a completely balanced man

Chuckyegg 28-07-2009 10:29 PM

It is in The Sun and ONLY the Sun. It is reported absolutely nowhere else. It's likely that he accidently cut his finger while chopping a carrot or something like that.
It will never cease to amaze me how people can know full well that the tabloids tell lies and yet they consistently drink it all in.

BONNEIP 28-07-2009 10:32 PM

wHAT A SAD LITTLE PLONKER HE IS. nOIRIN PLAYED HIM GOOD, & HE HAS TO BE ONE OF THE MOST INANE, STUPID HM's we've ever had, still i hope he recovers, & goes home to his family,& sorts himself out.

of course it's a bid for attention. do you know anything about self harm?

jess_ox 28-07-2009 10:37 PM

WTF, bless him :\

Mr.X 28-07-2009 10:39 PM

Why would he go and do a stupid thing like that.

Chuckyegg 28-07-2009 10:42 PM

the article said very little about what actually happened and a huge amount of fleshing out. like i said earlier - he probably went to a&e with an accidental cut to his hand from chopping veg.

ElProximo 28-07-2009 10:44 PM

Very bizarre and unfortunately only this sensational Sun article almost making a mockery out of the incident.
They seem to be saying this was not a 'suicide attempt' but more a self-harm type of incident. This is very sad and this took me back to a the child having a distressful breakdown on BGT.
It makes you stop and wonder if this is really going too far now?
Of course Sree was put through for the very reason he is a very emotional young man with a lot of insecurities and a certain sort of neediness.
Well that is entertainment gold,
but,
At what cost?

btw.. I don't buy any of this stuff about how he was watching Siavash kissing Marcus or because Marcus threatened to beat him up etc etc.
I would have to believe their are larger socio and psychological issues around the whole experience.

I don't know anymore. Sure we find the most outrageous and emotional people the most entertaining.
Is it worth the risk?

Pretty upset about this. Same for Sree as I would for anyone else - I hope and pray they are going to get through this and be better.

BBUK4LYFE 28-07-2009 10:46 PM

WTF!!

Is this true????

NadiasWilly 28-07-2009 10:48 PM

Who cares if it was a bid for attention? Whatever his motives he obviously needs some help. **** all you heartless cynics on this thread.

He wasn't nasty on the show just a bit irritating at times. Mostly due to Noirin. She's poison to this years male HMs. Not all her fault but she certainly doesn't help the situation.

-HUNTER- 28-07-2009 10:48 PM

SREE DELA SRUP.

spitfire 28-07-2009 10:51 PM

I don't think it had anything to do with BB or Noirin.
