basically you go in, do the task take the quiz and you either win and remain in the box to repeat the cycle all over again or you lose and you leave.

I don't think there's a voting out aspect, it's all about how well you do in the quiz.

Thats what's great about it. Everyone stands a chance. :)

Yeah there's no public voting how long you survive depends solely on how well you do in the quizes.

Not quite yet no, but I'm looking at a late October/early November launch. That way it doesn't clash with other games and gives me maximum time to get as many applicants as I can.
