The whole show was scripted by big brother.
If you removed the nomination games nothing would of been shown of any interest.
Marcus gave us something more then big brother scripted arguments

Quote:

Err no we didnt agree once again you only see what you want to see
What does that even mean?
I asked you.
What does 'wanting to see what you want to see' even mean you winner?

Quote:

Going by your logic then Marcus has been up for eviction far more times than Lisa, therefore what with phone calls and money for airtime changing hands he has generated far more money for the economy.
FINALLY you are catching on. Yes. And its called 'going by cash spent on phone calls or 'maths'' as well as 'my logic'.

Quote:

Or does your skewered view of the facts change back to straight when it concerns the man you love to hate?
No, because in the very posts you are responding to - I CLEARLY EXPLAINED TO YOU that whether you love or hate a HM there is no argument their job this Summer generated massive cash into the economy.
I TOLD YOU THAT and yet you are 'asking' again. D'err.

Quote:

An example of refuting facts any company would look at dumping a program whose main sponsorship dropped to less than a third within 12 months. ...
Nothing that can or will happen makes any difference and again its actually 'beside the point' whether or not C4 themselves make a profit - It IS STILL generating massive economic stimulus.
I know that 'blows your mind' but it is true for a lot of reasons I already sketched out in step-by-step product and service detail.

Quote:

And although 800,000 is better than nothing its no where near as good as 2,500,000, is it? or has the basic maths concept of the bigger the number being better managed to evade you when it comes to profit?
Last week you earn 800 for your family and your own homes 'economy'.
This is good. You are happy. Your Mum is happy because you brought 800 home for the family.
OK?
Now suppose next week you made some sale, your boss gives you a massive bonus and a fat raise. You bring home 2,500!
Great!
So explain to me how you figure the previous weeks earnings of 800 are now 'canceled out' or somehow were 'reversed' and were anything less than 800 worth of 'personal economic gain'?
Explain that.
I really want to hear you explain how your first 800 was 'mitigated' by the 2,500?
Please.. by all means go right ahead and tell me about that?

Wow.. how many 16 year olds keep posting in here honestly?

Marcus is a loser. A few '**** of BBs' does not make for entertainment - unless you have an IQ of less than 30

I'm glad he's gone. He's a creep and his interview was pathetic - saying he followed noireen around like a lapdog becuase he was bored..... yeah, whatever, he was just trying to save face.

Entertainment my *rse. He spent 80% of his time in there under a duvet. Suppose I should be grateful for some things then:hugesmile:

Remember when they all saw him telling BB off on the TV screen and then he came out and said 'see, now you have to believe me all the time I ALWAYS do what I say.'

Man, he is some loser.

And the frog/toad thing..... what a moron. he can never be wrong. Even when he is he won't accept it. Very weak and insecure little man.

Sophie or Rodrigo to win!

Tell me what Marcus. Has done. Go on. Tell me.[/rquote]

created a fantatsic TV persona the likes of which sacha baron cohen and steve coogan would be proud of.

generated very strong reactions from the public.

defended freddie from the worst of the bullying(that sophie was part of)

Challanged BB time and again and won

Been the BB outlaw.

Come up with some very funny one liners.

Told people straight when they were outa order

Consistently been correct in his apraisal of others and their motives.

Body punched Kris for being a thief.

At some points he had practically wrested control of the show from BB

Has probably had the most air time of any single HM

he did it all his way

was always true and honest

survived 7 evictions

and many many more....[/rquote]

Great post.[/rquote]

cheers Colbert, yeah still waiting for Loadofdross to come back with her 'long' list of exactly what sophie and rodrigo brought to BB.

I get the feeling though that she wont be replying in a hurry.

[rquote=2509455&tid=144970&author=BellyButton]It would NOT have been better with Marcus. He was a vile obnoxious HM with a disgusting mouth. He had to go when he became so up himself and cocky.
He was hugely overrated.
Since he came out he has shown himself to be quite boring on Big Mouth and BBLB.
Take away his ability to use the 'F' word and other swear words on live programmes before the watershed and he is DULL, DULL, DULL.
The only thing that has been worth watching about him was when Tom came back to win 3 times in the arm wrestling competition.:dance::dance:
Great to see the t***** lose.
He couldn't be gracious about it either. Whingeing on about having no sleep for 52 hours. Even if he had slept for a week Tom would still have beaten the wimp.
He was a loser inside the house and a bigger loser outside the house.
[/rquote]Well said, totally agree with you BellyButton:thumbs:

They sit and have conversation
They laugh
They joke around doing funny things
They defend themselves against bullies
They don't need to use nasty language to generate fans
They are genuine and nice people
The other housemates like them and have rarely nominated them
Rodrigo is funny when he loses his temper
Sophie is funny when she is drunk
They were both funny doing the Noirin and Siavash act
They were funny getting up in the night and crawling about like dogs
Rodrigo getting excited about the Queen
Rodrigo going mad in the diary room
Rodrigo pouring oil on the bed
Both always true and honest
Also did things their way
The list goes on and good or bad they have kept me entertained.

Ok the bit about seeing only what you want to see is examplified in that post idioto, now this post I am typing extremely slow coz I know you have difficulty reading what actually typed.

Its not a case of earning 800 pounds then the next week earning 2500.

In BB's case they were getting 2.5 million it was then reduced to 800,000. Can you grasp that fact? If not I can type it even slower.

And in the case of BB they do not put represent a significant proportion of the GDP, would you like me to provide links to show roughly what it is broken down into? or do you think you could research that yourself without having me hold your hand though it all?

I tell you, we should never have let the French remain in any part of Canada.

Obviously your business failed because of your lack of financial acumen.

I only need to look at your screen-name to understand where you are coming from with this post. Marcus was not entertaining. The exit interview was sycophantic to the point of banality. Just watch George Lamb taking the p**s out of him on BBLB and it all going straight over Marcus's head![/rquote]

Lamb pretty much destroyed whatever was left of Marcy.
Marcus was at least 4 weeks too long. Closer to 8. He could have left the next week after Sree ideally.
He was a 'downer' and a laugh-blocker and I said this all along and I wish we didn't have to wait till just a week remained to see that.

[/rquote]

He was extremely spiteful too. He did not have a good word to say about Siewash. He still believed that Noirin wanted him. How delusional is that?

Your original comparison was 'one person earning 800' and then another earning 2.5,
but,
Lets go with your revised example too:
Lets suppose BB (at one time) was raking in 2.5 million.
Great.
That is a massive pile of cash and a huge swirl for the economy action. Fantastic.
OK.
Now suppose this year they rake in 800 thousand.
Not as great but it is still 800 thousand more than zero!

To put it again in your 'personal home economy' and suppose you bring home 2500 one week.
Great.. good for you. Your Mum is happy you definitely stimulated your homes economy.
But this week the new job is 800 a week.
Yes?
This is still 800 worth of value. Its 800 MORE than you would have had otherwise.
You are +800
You have improved by 800.
Simple.
Did you 'lose money'?
NO.
You MADE 800!
Is it worth less than 800 by some sort of 'bell curve' deduction scheme siding the difference between 800 and 2500?
NO.
It is still worth and counted as '800 MORE' in your economy.
Excellent!

You just have to GET IT, his sense of humour to really understand him. Marcus to be honest, played a comic charcter in the house which many people didn't catch on to and it's kind of sad really.
