There's group sessions though and you could do something like Tai Chi that's all about movement.

Seriously, Tai Chi is brilliant when you get into it. Can really help calm the body and mind and get you more tuned into your spiritual energy.

Well I've done holotropic breathwork and I was tripping like mad. It was just a beautiful sensation.

I don't know what to really think of them to tell you the truth. My experience with the breathwork was all about colour, light and energy. A power with no name or image, you know?

Yeah that is true, guess if you really believe in something, in those moments you might see it, hence why a Muslim never sees Mary ect

Yep, that's why I'd be a big sceptical of them all. Prefer the ones who say the felt a light or power and a stillness of being. That makes more sense to me.

Yeah indeed, bet they are nice though. Although some people have seen hell and stuff and totally changed their life.
