This is one reason that I have been posting on sites like Bad Astronomy and Apollohoax as we get rational thought out arguments with people backing up what they post.

Yes they are a fab couple and obviously still love one another.

So why did they split up and why is Michelle saying she would go out with Anthony given the chance?

Michelle would be good for Anthony. She'll be able to understand what the hell he's talking about!

I don't think for one minute that Mich said she would go out with Ant she has said she would like to meet him as they are both geordies, Ant is hardly Mich's type and she hasn't exactly been flattering of him in her OK BB diaries. Her and Stu will end up together they were made for one another.

Red moon I am shocked you actually believe all you read in the newspapers! Michelle is not sad enough to make herself seem so desperate! They obviously have twisted what she actually said to create this Michelle fancies Ant story!
Like Gill said Michelle hasn't exactly been singing Ant's praises in OK she said he was too short and not as good looking as everyone made out!

She doesn't need Stu for the OK magazine deal because it's coming to an end. Another reason she might have got rid of him now! However if she was to get it together with Ant she could be back on the OK gravy for another 12 months or so.

Shell was IMO a passive aggressive, crude, ******* teaser, sorry if that sounds harsh but it's just how she came across to me.

Shell type without the running around naked is more Stu type of girl, well educated, well spoken and quietly confident. That's all. It would suit him down to the ground. Time will tell I guess.

I agree with you that the more time apart the further they will grow apart. It's very true.

I don't agree with the Michelle being worried as hell part.

Stu has been at Leeds Uni for 2 years already and there were a lot of girls there then. He said himself he thought he would be falling in love all the time at Uni but finds it hard to meet a girl he likes. I don't doubt for a minute that he will not lap up all the female attention when he returns (he is single now) but I don't think it will be anything new for a good looking guy like Stu. There will just be more of it with his celebrity status and recent Cosmo shoot.

As for Michelle, she is a beautiful girl and I don't think she will be exactly lacking in admirers herself, maybe Stu will be worried as hell...............

Sorry did not mean to come on so strong there it was the 'Shell' word that set me off. Shell would have been too over bearing and insipid at times for Stu IMO and he likes a girl with 'fire in her belly'.:laugh:

I don't recall well educated or well spoken ever being mentioned. I am not trying to have a go here Red Moon I just don't see how those things have to be requirements in a relationship. OK it makes it easier for a good starting point as in similar interests etc. but not necessary.

Don't you think that Michelle would be happier with someone else? If Stu isn't making happy maybe she should move on and enjoy the friendship they have.

I do think that Michelle and Stu should both be in relationships that make them happy. I think, for me anyway, Michelles last interview in OK painted quite a confusing picture.

She made it very clear that it is Stu she wants and that Stu wants her :puzzled: and that they are in love and may well get back together. As Michelle has always been pretty honest and open with her feelings I saw no reason to doubt her. Their split was very 'messy' to say the least, but of course a lot could have happened in the 3/4 weeks since that interview.

I think they will both have learnt a lot from one another over the last year and ultimately they may not be the 'one' but I hope they can retain their friendship as they have had one hell of an amazing year.

One I am sure Maxwell and Saskia lie at night dreaming of :rolleyes:

That is the best answer I have read today on the subject Smookie.... you are completely right in what you say. I do like both of them and wish them both happiness what ever they decided to do. Sometimes, I guess, I get feed up with the view that the two of them an item... full stop. Life isn't like that and wishing people together is not always the best thing to do.
