Ew she looks vile

supernoodles! 06-03-2010 10:38 PM

Still say those legs have been photoshopped

Jack_ 06-03-2010 10:41 PM

One thing that does need to be banned or censored is those stupid magazines targetted at women full of pictures of stick-thin women that makes naive little girls believe that they have to look like that, or else they're 'too fat' or 'too ugly'. It's dangerous and disgusting, and it needs to be stopped. I'm sick of average weight girls telling me and others that they think they're fat, it's absolutely ridiculous, and this ignorant view is a result of these pathetic magazines. It really does make me sick.

Jayson 06-03-2010 10:42 PM

Ew... she looks disgusting :O

I'm sure she was always a bit less skinny than that...

Who says she has bought into anything. There are medical conditions that cause people to be severely underweight, bulimia, anorexia and thyroid problems to name a few.

andyman 06-03-2010 10:45 PM

Same with men, is a man better because he has a six pack?..

Tom 06-03-2010 10:45 PM

Its quite clearly photoshopped

Bulimia and anorexia are usually related to poor body image influenced by the media and images of extreme thinness in women being portrayed as attractive.

All of the girls in Girls Aloud, with the exception of Kimberley, who seems the only one with any sense and self-confidence, have at some time or other been far too thin. They can't all have thyroid problems. It is about fashion and image.

i've just noticed how fat my gut is.

I remember when Kate Garraway had thyroid problems, she looked awful. If they do attempt to claim that then its just silly because their faces still looked OK when skinny

setanta 06-03-2010 10:52 PM

She's a bag of bones. Nothing sexy about that at all. Give me curves over that any day of the week.

She was the best looking in Girls Aloud when they first started, meanwhile Cheryl was at the bottom of the pile, only better looking than the ginger one. How times change!!!

Why do you have to measure one extreme with another. There is the middle ground - that most people fit into! The normal, healthy body - not too fat, not too thin.

She's a breath of fresh air for women everywhere who are continually pressurized and conditioned into thinking that skinny is sexy and everything else is horrid. Girls shouldn't read those glamour magazines, where the main aim is to heighten their feelings of insecurity.
