I have no self belief. I always think I'm going to fail, lose, be rubbish at things etc... I get myself caught in vicious cycles of self doubt; for example I keep telling myself to join a gym, but I'm too scared to go alone and I'm too embarrassed to go with a friend. I know in my head that this is crap reasoning to not join a gym, but I'm genuinely held back by those fears. It applies to so much in my life. I'm a nervous wreck, ha.

I'm incredibly forgiving and I can't hold onto my anger at all if I get angry at someone, I can easily empathise with people so I always sympathise and rarely get or stay mad. Not bad points but exploitable points.

I don't know,maybe that I'm naive and I try to see the best in people and trust people way too easily,get too emotionally involved with everything. But I don't really see anything as a 'weakness',it's just who I am.

I always doubt myself and often feel very insecure. Like if I was going to audition for something, I always think 'but why would they want me? There's nothing special about me' I often get like that, not all the time but now and again.
