I actually agree with something you have said

Not hitting as such, but smacking, yeah. Its ridiculous that you cant check your own child. Not hit, leave a bruise...but smacking(within reason) to give them a shock should be ok.

I've got a few:

-Against organs donations.
-Death penalty.
-Against homosexual parenting rights.
-Disabled people aren't normal. I'm sorry, they're not. I'm tired of people saying they are like us.
-Smacking children when needed. A good slap doesn't kill.
-Never participated in any charity ever. The only charity I find worth it is taking care of my family and my friends. Nobody helped me when I used to be down.
-Nice, optimistic and over happy people bore me. They're uninteresting.
-Obama was elected because he is black. Period.

There we go. Now you can burn me.

Yes young children - who it is more difficult to explain things to and reason with - a little smack does no harm, in my opinion!

Vegetarianism and that Led Zepplin are hideously overrated.

Disabled people aren't freaks or aliens - they are normal people with a physical disability - it could happen to you at any time!

I'm not talking about physical disability, I'm talking about people that are really badly mentally Disabled.

I've never accepted the SNP mantra that it was Scotland's oil because the contracts were internationally negotiated between companies and the UK. Back in th 80s I would never accept that Scotland had a case for freedom and used to argue that with Alex Salmond my case (a flatmate was the SNP convenor @ Edinburgh Uni and dragged me to meetings).

Gradually I have changed my views and feel the time is right now. We have established a working Parliament and have little in common with the country of England & Wales.

PMSL Isnt and wasnt just the Tories, and Scotland has benefited from it, in fact Scotland has benefited from not only the Barnett Formula but also from European Grants to a greater extent than most other parts of the UK.

What if you or your sister needed an organ transplant?

I was born with my body, I will die with my body. I know it sounds brutal but it's about me, my integrity. I cannot do this. I've done a lot of things in my life, some crazy stuff, but the idea of giving away a part of my body is too much for me. Mentally, I wouldn't be able to take it. I do consider that, if I had to die, it's destiny, God wants it for me, my time is up.

What about blood, and blood products, plasma etc, are you against the giving and receiving of them too?

Captain.Remy 04-04-2010 08:18 PM

Another view:

The 9/11 terrorist attacks are bollocks. We know the US did it to themselves.

Sophii3x 04-04-2010 08:18 PM

Oh forgot that I think smokers are some of the most selfish people going.. especially women who smoke when pregnant and those who smoke in front of children.

Thanks for answering. It's different to how I think.

I do give my blood tho because it does immediately regenerate. I know I wouldn't need my organs once I'm dead but still, I lived with my body all life long, I want to end with that body. I know it sounds cruel or selfish but I'm really stubborn on this one.

Scotland has historically benefitted because of Grants under the "poverty" definitions. You can hardly say it's a great thing that local authorities were able to demonstrate their population was suffering from poverty/social exclusion/economic decline and therefore more eligible for things like ERDF/ESF that other deprived parts of the EU.

That is so easy to say whilst you and your family are in good health! If and when put to the test - and either your life or the life of a loved one depends on it - you may well see it differently! And until that point comes - you can't know how you will feel then!

Actually I think Passive smokers are worse, I mean taking all that nicotine and tar smokers have to pay for, for free, you would think they would at least buy the odd packet of ciggies for their smoker mates, oh no all they do is complain.
