Really annoying. Suppose I have to go back to shitty hypercloak now then :nono:

Enid 08-06-2010 03:13 PM

I was on Day 76 on BB7.

Kore 08-06-2010 03:15 PM

If C4 are going to be like that why dont they make a dvd and sell it, they will make money. (from me anyway) I would love to watch BB5 again

Exactly. No other channel get's touchy like this, it was the only decent place to re-watch old series. It's ruined my day. Loved the site. With the website's live stream after BB11 they should use the website to re-stream series'.

49p a day, 1.99 a week and 15.00 to re-watch the whole series with one episode streamed a day.

Yeah... Or even £10 to watch the whole series whenever you like. £10 to access the page or whatever lol. Or even easier buy the boxset for a tenner from HMV or Tescos

EDIT: I might send C4 a written complaint lol

Boothy 08-06-2010 03:30 PM

I've sent C4 an email asking them if it's possible to make DVDs or show them on 4OD. No doubt they won't, but if enough people ask they may consider it.

The cost to make the series on DVD's packaging etc would probably outweigh the profit

Thats their problem.

They should stream it from their website for free then lol

Patrick is going to go mad...

Anyway, ridiculous decision. When will C4 realise that the only way to stop these sites are to give us fans what we want, and to upload entire series onto their website?

Firewire 08-06-2010 03:43 PM

BB5 UK Downloads here: http://forum.tvfreeload.com/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=760

You'll need VLC Player.

EXACTLY.

C4 I hope your reading this!

Mrluvaluva 08-06-2010 04:54 PM

What annoys me is the fact that Channel 4 do not offer fans the chance to view the past series in any shape or form, whether it be online, or on DVD etc. Yes, they own the rights, but what harm are sites like this doing? There are very few places to view such material now, especially since they removed all traces from Youtube. Somebody has spent a hell of a lot of time and effort to offer fans this service, and they certainly did not do it for their own good. Shame on you CH4. Great way to alienate the loyal fans that have stuck with BB throughout the years.

Patrick 08-06-2010 04:56 PM

I WAS ON THE FINAL OF BB5!
OMG.

FFS.

Why on earth did it shut down for?
It was the best BB site for watching BB Seasons, OMG what a stupid deccission to make!

Apparntly some trouble going on between Marky and BBspy and Channel 4 found out and asked him to remove it all due to the copyright and stuff :/, Im gutted!

Patrick 08-06-2010 05:10 PM

*Cries* Where can I watch BB5?

I need to watch:

The Final
The BBLB Final
The Final Day in the house

And then im done.

OMG im so gutted, fucking C4.

Niall 08-06-2010 05:21 PM

Why are C4 being such twats?!

When I joined this forum, loads of people were saying that BB5 was the best series ever. I didn't know where to watch it but then I found out about Mr.Marky. So I started watching BB5 for the past couple of weeks and I've been really getting into it. I'd gotten to day 9 I think?

Then along come the fuckwits that are C4 blocking a website where you could go and see what BB used to be like. I was telling loads of my friends (most of whom hate BB) how good BB5 was and they were actually listening to me. So I gave told them about Mr.Marky and now i come home and find its been taken down.

I love how C4 love to alienate fans/future fans like this.

A-wholes

Jayson 08-06-2010 05:29 PM

ffs I was on day 30 of BB7...

Although there's a torrent for BB7 on TPB which I might download.

tmx 08-06-2010 05:41 PM

Very big LOL @ the idea this has anything to do with BBspy.

His site is all over this and other BB forums. There are C4 executive producers and workers which are regular posters over on DS where his site is linked too all the time. Channel 4 have clearly known about it for a while now.

As for his host being a whimp, well why don't you donate him a few thousand pounds for a legal team for fight Channel 4 then?

Fact is, what he was doing was illegal. It doesn't mater that Channel 4 are being dicks about it now, they're in the right.

Niall 08-06-2010 05:44 PM

Oh btw does anyone know why, that when you go to his site, it takes you to BB9 Luke's website?? Or is it just me lol :joker:

Patrick 08-06-2010 05:44 PM

Well the least they could ****ing do was upload BB5 to their ****ing 4OD Site on Youtube, they went to the bother of uploading their precious BB8 that no one cares about.
