there are plenty of managers, especially trouble shooters that are brought in to fix failing shops, that don't give 2 craps about the employees involved. In fact, in retail, top managers that give a single crap about their people are incredibly rare.

Most in-trade awards are made up in an effort to make people feel good about themselves and work harder. They're worthless outside the trade, ultimately.

I know that Keeley is not a scared cow with Steve onside. I don't like her but what I do like is the way she makes her questions so innocent, yet really laden with venom, that girl has got a special skill.

I want BB to give her some camera time tbh... she is one of those in there that needs some rope.
