The sick thing is that people on here seem so twisted that they want to read into it something that it wasnt. Maybe they had suffered an incident which was not as innocent as this and they have issue from that incident but the fact that that happened to them doesnt mean that everyone is the same as them and therefore should not be judged by what happened to them.

yeah tickling is one thing but why slap her arse?

he is a perv

My point is that you can't demonise Steve after Keeley has allowed him to act like that. She's taken so much trouble to tell us how single-minded, strong, assertive and empowered she is, but you're talking like she's a pathetic little victim that is too bashful to say "Stop touching me, I don't like it".

I wouldn't be as bad if Steve didn't have a wife and kids. Also the fact he was slagging her off in the DR. I am just telling it how it is.

Exactly - if she had a problem with it - she would say so - hardly the bashful type!

You're sticking up for her because you fancy her. It's the same way the girlies think JJ can do no wrong, because they fancy him. In your eyes she is perfectly innocent. I understand that. I just don't agree.

Exactly.

In fact, if it was anyone bar steve (or maybe dave) it would be fine, noone would even mention it.

To me - the fact that he made some negative comments about Keeley in the DR - demonstrates that he thinks she is using him and he is playing her at her own game! He certainly didn't seem besoted or at all interested in her there - I think people have read their own interpretations into his actions!

Not really, but you seem to think you know me pretty well for some reason? :conf:

Of course she knows what she is doing. But it was him who called her the baroness, and they do get on, she has a bit of a flirty character and respects Steve. It's just one time he went a little far, as to why he was called up on it by Keeley and Rachel lastnight. So she didn't just shrug that one off, she told him the boundaries.

Has he gone beyond the boundaries since she called him up on it then?

Do you ever think people could be making exuses for him because of his disability? Like people will slag him off for it and that, but sometimes they let things go, cos they think, awww poor guy, look what he's been through. Yet they are the ones who claim to treat him fairly or look at him the same? Works both ways sometimes.

I'm 47 and have noticed the inappropriate touching - are you saying my opinion is more valid than Jedward Fever's??? If someone told me one of my children's opinions (at 14) was not worth listening to they'd be out of the door so fast they're feet wouldnt touch the ground.

Why do you think what you have to say is so much more important than a young person?

What a strange thing to say. I don't know you. I don't think that I know you. You're from Manchester and you fancy Keeley. That's it. You're never going to agree with me because you fancy the person I am accuring of being manipulative, and I understand that, like I already said. You don't have to go over it all again.

I'm not from Manchester

Have you not ever thought Steve knows exactly what he is doing as well?

LaLaLand 14-07-2010 02:43 PM

DAMN I thought it was about Andrew so I put "harmless" lmao. Meant to choose other.

He's getting really slimey and his man-handling of Keeley was uncomfortable to watch imo.

Because I have the benefit of experience that a fourteen year old doesn't have, and so do you. I would have thought that would have been obvious. I'm sure your children are endlessly fascinating to you, but I wouldn't be interested in their opinion either. In fact, I didn't think children were allowed to access this kind of site at school... and it is a school day, isn't it.

Keeley has a tongue in her head but so far Steve's behaviour seems to have been acceptable to her.

14 year olds often don't see things from the same perspective as adults! Fact of life! 14s are also a lot more likely to be unrealistic about how 'adults' should behave - tending to see anyone over the age of 30 as past it - who should confine themselves to their rocking chair! So yes it does make a difference!

She is not a young girl - she is a 30 year-old woman - don't be so patronising! She also manages companies and things - and is quite capable of standing up for herself - she isn't some naive little schoolgirl! Get real!
