It'd be a topic of convosation alot of time with us, watching Live Feed and all that! My mum had Breast Cancer in 2008, and she said Big Brother was a factor to help her get through it, keeping her occupied but sadly the cancer had spread, but stayed in a sort of 'remission' for a year. She was re-diagnoised this January, and she's been very ill for the past couple of days, the last programme she really acknolwedged would of been Big Brother/Misfits (she had fallen asleep to Misfits though!) but today, at around 25 to 12, 4th August 2010 my mum passed away. The last person she wanted to win was Josie aswell.

I know a few of you might be anti-this topic or whatever, but don't say anything insulting.

R.I.P Samantha, i'll always love you. x

And you thought you'd come and tell us all on this forum? It's not even like you're even a very active poster.

I agree - thought it was rather strange myself!

If genuine - poor girl is going through a very hard time - that I wouldn't wish that on anyone!

But you can't help but wonder if it is an attempt to encourage people to vote for Josie!

Doesn't seem very genuine, who a day after losing their mum would post on a forum lol

Better to deal with it as face-read Joe. ~ We know someone who was getting some sort of cancer about March and upset a lot of people with lying antics

I'm not bothered either way. Just wondering why you felt the need to tell a forum.

Yeah indeed, it's easy to get people to go 'awwww' with something like Cancer though.

Indeed, I mean I could understand if she was an established poster, but don't have a clue who she is anyway.

Guys, i'm a boy by the way.

Right, InOne i'm going to P/M you my facebook and I want you to add me, ok?

And I thought i'd post it up because my mum used to sit with me time to time and look on the forums mainly pre-BB and I thought it'd be a nice little topic.

InOne 05-08-2010 02:21 PM

I don't want your FB.

Angus 05-08-2010 02:25 PM

True enough it crossed my mind that it's a scam, but you'd have to be one very sick and twisted individual to lie about your own mother dying of cancer, which is why I have given this poster the benefit of the doubt. I hope the FMs' sympathies are not misplaced.

? 05-08-2010 02:28 PM

I understand where you guys are coming from, its upto you what you believe but can someone just add me on FB for proof?

InOne 05-08-2010 02:29 PM

I just want to know why a day after your mother died, you're telling random people about it on a forum?

Niamh. 05-08-2010 02:30 PM

Well It's a nice tribute for your mother, sorry for your loss.

Benefit of the doubt would be nice thing to do I think.

Forever_Young 05-08-2010 02:46 PM

Cant believe some of the people on here that felt the need to question this.
