Tried looking in 'program files' yet? Go to the folder with the make of your cam on it in program files, and they might be in there

i dont have program files i think i need to install the Cam with the dvd but my dvd drive is broke

Look for cd/dvd romdrives in device manager

Expand it then click on the type of DVD you have.

Oh, and if it says enable in the drivers tab, do that.
