But seriously its like Ireland's up sh!t creek without a paddle :conf2:

No we have the paddle we'd just rather smack each other with it rather then get out of what mess we're in.

My Uncle lives over in the Republic, his father (so my Grandfather) was Irish and he always loved the country so moved over there 10 years or so ago. I think he's well-off enough to cope, doesnt stop him going off on one about how useless the Irish Prime Minister is whenever I see him

He is though, he's like a block of cheese, he does nothing and smells.

Anywho I decided I'm leaving in March to go to Canada, booked an appointment about a Visa for 2 weeks time, hope to get confirmation before or just after xmas.

It's Official Greens To Pull Out Of Governement In January

The Greens have called time on the Government - and say an election should be held in January.

The party says it wants to pass a budget and negotiate the loans with the I-M-F, but that the Taoiseach must immediately set the date for polling day.

Meanwhile, Longford Westmeath Fianna Fail TD Mary O'Rourke wants a vote on the Party's leadership in January.

Earlier today Cork's Noel O'Flynn called for the Taoiseach to resign saying he felt betrayed and humiliated by the events of the last few weeks.

Deputy O'Rourke says the future of Fianna Fail also needs to be discussed.

Elsewhere, opposition parties say the move by the Greens is too little too late.

The Labour Party say it appears the Green Party have had a "death bed conversion".

While Sinn Féin has accused the party of denying the people of Ireland an immediate an election.

Thank God, those ******ers should not only be kicked out of government but they should also be charged for ruining the country. They should all be fully investigated imo

I don't blame you for getting out, I would too if I didn't have the kids. The next problem is who to vote for. I reckon Sinn Fein and some independents would be best for a new government but that will never happen. Fine Gael are as bad as Fianna Fáil

It gets the ball rolling though, every person in this country will back an election and i'd go as far to say it would have the biggest turn out in Irish history.
