I have two sons, a 21yr old and a 24yr old, both living independently, the eldest married with a baby and a stepson, yet I still find myself worrying about them, and insisting they text me when they arrive home after visiting me so I know they got home safe! I love giving them random treats which I get told off about in a half hearted way() but I have a great relationship with them both and they ring and visit regularly. Having survived the angst of the teenage years, they have grown into men to be proud of, and I frequently bore people to tears talking about them constantly!

Lol me too my favourite subject - my boys ahhh!! (23 AND 20) and my partners mum still worries about him even though he has grown up sons - boys - so helpless - what can you do - the sunshine in my life lol

Backstabbers
Something I love becoming REALLY popular..then everyone loves it...I know I'm annoying
People who think they're really superior
People who broadcast their life
People who completely change a story.
Girls who act like sluts/ pretend to be dumb
People who use the words "sik tune m8" in a sentence. I know how annoying this is because I always say "tuuuuunaaageee!" and whilst that can get annoying, it is nowhere near as bad.
The type of tabloid press that's everywhere!

Yeah, it's one of those really irritating pieces of managerial jargon. It's part of the reason the Apprentice is so hard to watch. The contestants sound like such massive tw@ts when they say things like that.

LemonJam 07-10-2010 03:55 PM

People that have near naked people in their avatar/sig w/e. It's pretty inappropriate
People that belittle the weak to make themselves look stronger.

I think it means thinking about lying on a beach in the Maldives with -------(fill in the blank) - but I dont know what that has to do with high powered jobs though

It's a cliche employed when managers want to talk about being ambitious with your ideas and the sky being the limit to your goals as it were.

Cruelty to animals.
Rude people.
People that force their opinons onto you.
People that take a dislike to you for no good reason.
Shallowness.
Going to find something that was there when you last saw it and finding someone has moved it/taken it out and not put it back (drives me mad and Gaz does it all the time!)
Men leaving socks in the strangest of places (another thing Gaz does, I swear deliberately to wind me up!)
People not respecting books, a pet hate of mine, can't stand seeing torn and tatty pages and covers.
Liars.
People who can't admit when they're in the wrong.
Mothers who think they own the pavement just because they have a pushchair.
People who stop to have a conversation in front of shop doorways or in the middle of shopping centres.
Kids that hang around on street corners thinking they're 'hard' and giving abuse to passers by.
Dog owners that refuse to pick up their own dog's poop.

I'm sure there's loads more but that will do for now.
