Yes rang it before when I was in the car with my parents and a gang of boys were driving badly next to us, they had their window down and were shouting abuse because they accused my mum of driving into them when in reality they were driving all over the place. So I rang the police but they didn't treat it seriously because I didn't have the registration number of the car, I don't think they would have regardless though but to me the police should have got involved, they could have killed people with their driving.

You seriously rang the police for that? some OAP could be having a heart attack in the snow somewhere meanwhile you are complaining about a bad driver
