I agree. It's nice to see in that video how natural she acts.
Didn't like her lounging about in the house, was boring but at least she's not come out of the house with a false sense of her own importance (like the try-hard "popstars" and "models") or an arrogance (Brian D shows it sometimes). She's just making the best of the opportunities that are open to her now because of being on BB.

But, in that video, at least we now know why John James was so obsessed with getting in the house. She says he never wants to go out. lol

I wasn't a fan of Josie in the house. However good luck to her with this new presenting job! I wouldn't agree with her or ANY other ex housemate (Including Alison Hammond and Kate Lawler who have had the most successful presenting careers) to take Davina's role on BB12.
