Peter Andre: The Next Chapter – Pete wants Junior to follow in his footsteps

http://www.unrealitytv.co.uk/reality...his-footsteps/

Quote:

Peter Andre is seemingly trying to make a child celebrity out of his young son Junior.

The reality TV star is getting ready to launch his newest ITV2 series and has revealed that the five year old will be featured more prominently than in previous runs.

Peter thinks the child is a natural star and told BANG Showbiz: “You know, it’s quite funny because there are some kids who you will never stop from being stars. And he’s one of those kids – you’ll never stop him. I’m just proud of him that he’s just grown up so quickly.
Grown up ? at 5 ?

More likely a confused, spoilt, precocious brat who will turn to drugs before his teens .....

Suze 28-04-2011 03:46 PM

I hope that his son is allowed as normal a childhood as is possible for him, and not follow in his Dad's footsteps later, pleaseeee. Why don't Peter and Katie just stop pawning their kids and let them just enjoy their childhood. Childhood is fleeting enough as it is, then they turn into those rebellious teenagers :joker:

Katie Price tells Pete to pay kids

http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage...-pay-kids.html

Quote:

Katie, who is on holiday in Argentina with her toy boy Leandro Penna, moaned to her 970,435 Twitter fans that her tots should be paid for their appearances.

She said: "I hear someone used my children in there show again..I wonder if there show would be a show without my children!!"

She added: "I wonder if my children also get paid and money put into a bank account for them for being in this persons tv show..I believe CAN [Pete's management] get paid"
Did SHE pay them when they were on her show ?

Strange how KP had no qualms about her children being carried around by her latest man, all in full flow of the paparazzi recently - okay for her to use the kids to put over 'they love Leo..look'....

She's an absolute hypocrite.

I remember years ago when Pete took them strawberry picking - she ridiculed him something awful - yet the kids had a brilliant time and I remember that going to pick strawberries (and eating them...) was a much loved thing that all my friends and I used to love.

She needs to shut up once in a while - they are his kids too, and unless he's treating them badly - she should stay schtoom. It's not that when he still treats Harvey like his own blood, time she wised up a bit and was thankful to Pete.

Omah, I take it you are aware that many of today's stars all started out doing shows on TV at very young ages (Justin Timberlake & Britney being the biggest I can think of right now)...... loads and loads of people we see in the spotlight got there because it is what they grew up in and doing. If it wasn't for that, many wouldn't be where they are now.

So did Shirley Temple, Mickey Rooney, Jodie Foster, etc, etc, but for every success there's failure and failure's no success at all .....

Of course, many would say the progeny of existing stars don't get their success through talent but through their parents' contacts and the power of money .....

..... and many child stars become monsters - Michael Jackson, Robert Blake, Drew Barrymore, etc, etc .....

On a more "basic" level, Jade Goody's boys started becoming troublesome, owing to their mother's disruptive lifestyle, before she died - one of them, apparently, started having "learning difficulties - there's the lesson for Pricey and Andre - luckily for Goody's boys, Brazier has withdrawn them (almost) completely from the limelight .....

No, it isn't ..... "some general member of the public" don't have the resources or the opportunity to go to hell (and sometimes back) - River Phoenix died from a drug overdose of heroin and cocaine amplified by the administration of diazepam .....

Mark Everett / Manuel Benitez Latest Child Actor Tragedy

http://www.associatedcontent.com/art...st.html?cat=49

Quote:

Manuel Benitez was killed on Christmas Eve 2008 in a standoff with Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department police. According to the Associated Press, Manuel Benitez had been a fugitive for four years, having allegedly killed his girlfriend, Stephanie Spears, in 2004. He disappeared with their child, Benjamin, who was two years old at the time. Manuel Benitez was also, many years previous, child actor Mark Everett.

Mark Everett had roles on television shows like "Galactica 1980," "Highway to Heaven," and "Trapper John, M.D." The child actor appeared in the short-lived television series "Kung Fu: The Next Generation" with Brandon Lee. Everett also appeared in the feature films "Pee Wee's Big Adventure" and Edward James Olmos' powerful drama "Stand And Deliver."

But Manuel Benitez, a.k.a. Mark Everett saw no more acting roles once he left his teen years. His part in "Stand And Deliver" would be his last. However, Benitez would appear on television again, but this time it would be as himself.

Manuel Benitez (Mark Everett) was profiled on "America's Most Wanted" in early 2008 because of his status on the FBI's most wanted list. His profile made two appearances on the show.
Just another loser .....

Peter Andre studies child psychology

http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage...sychology.html

Quote:

The singer has started studying the subject since his son JUNIOR (5) started quizzing him about KATIE PRICE's complicated love life and her Argentinian fella LEANDRO PENNA.

A source said: "Junior has already said a few upsetting comments. He asked if Mummy was going to marry her new boyfriend then he asked how many times grown-ups get married."

The Aussie is so concerned about the grubby glamour model's relay race of fellas that he has asked for no physical contact between her and Leandro in front of their kids.
There's no chance of that - she'll be at it like a rabbit ..... :laugh2:

Peter Andre wants to pen kids stories

"I had a meeting with my book publishers last week," the Sun quoted Andre as writing in New! Magazine.

"I can''t say too much but I''m working on some children''s books and I can''t wait until you can read them.
"We''ve come up with a great idea, I think they''re going to be fab," he added.
Original material or derivative pap ?

Let me guess .....

Sometimes the conceit of the absurdly untalented baffles me ..... :conf2:

However, luck is on my side - children's books do not feature in my life at all .....

Peter Andre: The Next Chapter

http://www.rte.ie/ten/2011/0506/blog_tv_tvwatch.html

Quote:

Peter Andre has been Mr Popularity in the media ever since his divorce from Katie Price. It always seemed like he was the dignified one who had his priorities right and that maybe being in the spotlight wasn't that important to him.

Yet, this show seems eager to show him in a certain light. Is he trying to get one over on his ex-wife. He constantly refers to the importance of proper parenting but in having the camera film him and his kids is he really such an example?

As he watched Princess (yes that's really his daughter's name) at her ballet lesson, Pete yet again strayed off on a tangent about how he loves parenthood and all the love and lessons that come with it. His kids must be sick of having cameras stuck in their faces. Do they ever get unrecorded time with their dad?

Who's pulling Kerry Katona and Peter Andre's strings?

http://www.guardian.co.uk/lifeandsty...na-peter-andre
Quote:

What links Peter Andre, Kerry Katona, weirdo life coaches the Speakmans, Frank Lampard's ex, and the vajazzler off The Only Way is Essex? If you answered "manacles, preferably", then prepare for disappointment. They are all managed by Claire Powell, boss of Can Associates (hereafter: "the organ grinder").

Perhaps the best way to give you a flavour of Claire's work would be to sketch a typical scenario from her professional life. We'd begin with Can Associates client Peter Andre discussing his breakup with Frank Lampard's ex – another Can Associates client – on ITV2 show Peter Andre: The Next Chapter (producer: Can TV), while he's filmed flicking through OK! magazine's pap shots of Can Associates client Kerry Katona out on on the town with Can Associates client Amy Childs, off The Only Way is Essex, and Can Associates client and glamma model Nicola McLean. Peter might then be driven in a people carrier to a WORLD EXCLUSIVE photoshoot with Kerry, which would see them stage a cupcake fight, beneath the WORLD EXCLUSIVE headline "Peter: I can't believe what Kerry said about me on her ITV2 show Kerry: The Next Chapter!" Meanwhile, in her exclusive OK! magazine column, Kerry would comment approvingly on the fact that Can Associates clients the Speakmans were giving therapy to Nicola McLean, who was recently paid handsomely for a WORLD EXCLUSIVE OK! magazine interview in which she discussed her eating disorder (pictures ideally shot at the launch of Peter Andre's latest fragrance).

So there you have it – Can Associates, an end-of-days repertory company whose limitless actions, interactions, and reactions to each other's actions will soon be classified as a discrete sector of the UK economy. Make no mistake: the demise of Can Associates would cause the immediate collapse of six celebrity magazines, ITV2, and the Ugg futures market.

:laugh2:

Um.... their management..... the same management that saved all of their careers ??

This has to be your very Last Chapter, Peter Andre

http://www.mirror.co.uk/tv-entertain...5875-23113993/

Quote:

We’re on Planet André... where faithful narrator Lola Buckley assures us: “A settled Peter continues to put his children first.”

And continues to put them on television.

But here he goes again... acting as if he’s the only father who ever loved his offspring. Someone ought to tell him that it really isn’t that unusual.

Gazing at poor little telly tots Princess and Junior – whose privacy he so conspicuously ignores – fiercely protective Pete snarls: “I will fight to the death for those kids.” No doubt about it... he’s the greatest dad in the whole damned world.

Later, tears welling in his eyes, Super Pa gushes: “I never thought I’d be bringing my daughter to her first ballet lesson.”

With a camera crew. Yeah... gotta get it in the can.

Pete, mate... it’s time to close the book on these nauseating Next Chapters. You’ve lost a million viewers since the first series. Stupefying footage of your soppy outing to the teddy bear store isn’t going to cut it any more. So boring.

Love it when an article speaks sense.

Zippy 08-05-2011 12:56 AM

His ratings are pathetic. Thankfully, the public are starting to wake up to what a smarmy, phoney, lying, deluded, cheesy, creepy, publicity whoring piece of golddigging trash he really is. Katie created a real monster there...a male clone of herself, but with a phoney charm.

And yeah, he really needs to quit acting like loving your children is some saintly act. he only gets away with this crap because his average fan is a dumb, gullible, sappy female.

Peter Andre: 'I have had Botox'

http://www.rte.ie/ten/2011/0508/andrep.html

Quote:

Andre told The Sun's Buzz Magazine: "I have had Botox... I've had it three times - before I got married, just before I ended my marriage, and after my marriage. I don't think there's anything wrong with that."

He also admitted to having further cosmetic procedures, saying: "I also had a nose job when I was 24. But I think it's all good in moderation and it's not something I'd want to do constantly."
I bet he'll have anything done in order not to end up looking like Telly Savalas ..... :joker:

james130 08-05-2011 03:00 PM

I think i'm the only person in the world who really doesn't like this guy.
In my eyes, he's just as bad as Katie Price. Flaunting his kids around going on about "how much he cares for them" and "doesn't want them to grow up in the spotlight with the paparazzi" but he 's got them all over his show.

Then he was like "Katie's using the divorce to promote herself." Yet he thought he'd use this new found attention to resurrect his terrible pop career and get his own ITV2 show.

Just saying.
