Even though I'm a huge Gaga fan, Telephone didn't start that. :tongue:

I mean, look at Eminem's Stan video. Its a story telling video and its amazing. I love it and the song. :lovedup:

It never went anywhere really. Telephone was just highly stylized, popular and long which somehow fooled people into thinking it was a 'video with a story'. It was just a quick, simple story. Most other videos have them too.

Anyway in answer to the OP :

I can see that point of view. It just seemed to me that way but I guess just because it was publicised so much and it seemed to become more commom overall after telephone became so popular.
