It's not true at all. You're just making things up.

The Daily Star had a circulation of around 700k last month (down 14%)

And the NOTW, for what i's woth, had a circulation of aroiund 2.5 million.

And since when have they printed ACTUAL Big Brother news - most of it is clearly made up and lifted from random thoughts on Digital Spy.

Will you please read my fkucking post!

I said that The Daily Star have been rehashing the same old stories ie: bullsh!t non news.

Im saying that they have the OPPORTUNITY to advertise actual news but are not.

Im not sticking up for the Daily Star its the complete opposite.

Try reading mate and not jumping to conclusions.

Here you go..... full NOTW Circulation figures from bygone years upto last month.

Since 2009 - figs sit around the 2.8million range.

Easy enough to find the same data for the DS.

Millions of viewers also read the Daily Star so you cant deny that advertising Big Brother is back properley can only be a good thing to get word around.

For the third time: No, they don't.

Yes they do!

"Richard Desmond's Daily Star on Sunday has tripled its print run, from 600,000 copies to 2.2 million, as well as printing extra pages and launching a new supplement, OK! Extra."

Why dont you go search for some facts instead of posting absolute nonsense.

I've posted the facts before:

In June, Daily Star had circulation of around 700,000 and decreasing (down 12% on year)

And the Sunday edition has less than half at 300,000

http://www.pressgazette.co.uk/section.asp?navcode=161

These are the facts. Figures. Stats.

What you are giving is PR bull**** from Desmound. It doesn't mater how many they print (and FYI that statement is what they plan, not what's currently happening) but how much they sell - which is a miserable 300,000 - despite a current print run of 600,000 or so.

Ok so all im saying is they should be advertising BB coming back on Channel 5 in there and OK! None of these bullsh!t sex den stories but proper advertisments. Like a full double page spread. Somthing a reader cannot miss coz even if they only glance at it they would be aware it was coming back on 5.

Even if its 600,000 thats alot of people to advertise to then its down to word of mouth,

I Cant believe people on here are disagreeing with me by saying this.

Do you want it advertised or not?

BTW That link you gave me? This is what it says.

The Daily Star’s readership neither grew nor shrank in the twelve months to the end of December, as an estimated 1.57m readers looked over each of its issues in the period.

The Daily Star Sunday dropped three per cent to 919,000

And thats from the link you gave me lol

Lack of promo is the real problem with the world today, not just TV.
